Accessing Your Buckeye Broadband Online Account and Detailed Express Phone Bill. You can now view and pay your Buckeye Broadband bill online by visiting and clicking on the View and Pay link from the home page. This link also provides event detail for your residential phone service (for example, 411, operator assistance calls or toll charges). To Login you will need: An Internet connection A Web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, with cookies enabled. (In most cases, cookies are enabled by default-if you can not access your Buckeye Broadband account, please access your browser s help application for instructions on how to verify cookies are enabled) A PDF reader application, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader Your log-in information (see instructions under initial login and password) Upon logging in, you will have the ability to view the following: View Bills - View/download/print the last three months of bills. Long Distance Call Log - View your long distance call activity. Account Balance - View your current account balance. Make a Payment - Make a credit card payment to your Buckeye Broadband account. Online Payment Log - View the last five on-line payments made to your account. Log Out - Log out of your current session. Account Number and Secret Code: We have made logging into your Buckeye Broadband account quick and easy. You can log in using either of the following two methods: 1. Use your MY ACCOUNT username/password: If you are a Buckeye Express customer, you can use your Member Services username and password by entering this information in the appropriate fields. If you do not remember your MY ACCOUNT username/password, contact an Internet Support Technician at 419-724-3278. 2. Use your Buckeye Broadband account number and unique password: Your Account Number will be the main 6 to 8 digits of your account number (found in the upper right-hand portion of your Buckeye Broadband bill), and will be similar to one of the examples below. As shown in the following examples, do not include the first one or two zeros, or the -1 at the end. Example A: No leading zeros in your account number. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8-1 Use all 8 main numbers. Login would be: 12345678 Example B: One leading zero in your account number. 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7-1 Use the 7 main numbers. Login would be: 1234567 Example C: Two leading zeros in your account number. 0 0 1 2 3 4 5 6-1 Use the 6 main numbers. Login would be: 123456
Your Security Code can be found on the upper right hand corner of your bill. How to Log In: Make sure your Internet Browser has Cookies enabled. Go to www.buckeyecablesystem.com and click on the View and Pay link in the upperright hand corner. Enter your Login and Password (see page 1 of this document for more information) Once logged in, you will be directed to a page containing details for the past 12-13 months of phone bills (if available), displayed by month. Clicking on a button will open a PDF file for that month in your PDF reader application. Please note this is a rolling list, so the oldest month will be replaced when a new bill is available. To ensure you always have access to each month s detailed bill, we encourage you to download and save a copy of each PDF to your computer, plus print hard copies for your records.
