About Cardsave Cardsave was formed in 1995 by an independent retail frustrated by the high cost of debit and credit card processing. In order to negotiate lower rates and dramatically increase his buying power he joined forces with a number of others in the same position. This was the birth of Cardsave, a card payment specialist focused on the small to medium business sector. Now a division of the WorldPay Group, Cardsave provides card processing for face to face, over the telephone or ecommerce payment solutions to over 60,000 merchants (members). In addition Cardsave offers a unique range of membership benefits including legal and Tax support, and those products and services designed to help the merchant make money or save money in their business. About WorldPay WorldPay is a global card payment acquiring business operating in over 30 countries which allows customers to accept card payments both at point of sale and over the internet. The company offers services across the entire payment value chain, including transaction capturing, merchant acquiring and transaction processing. WorldPay is the largest provider of card payment services in the UK and Europe and the fourth largest globally. In 2009, the business processed a total of 6.8 billion transactions worldwide with a value of 243 billion. Headquartered in the UK, the company employs over 2,600 people in markets throughout Europe, the US and Asia. WorldPay is a global leader in acquiring in the airline and gaming sectors, pioneered the implementation of Chip & PIN in the UK, and is the largest off premises ATM processor in the US. WorldPay is owned by a consortium of private equity firms Advent International and Bain Capital, with a minority stake held by The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Why Cardsave Your Partner Cardsave specialise in taking the pain and costs out of accepting card payments. We currently have in excess of 60,000 members and are growing with more than 2,000 new members every month. We have tailored our business module on understanding what businesses do not receive from other main acquirers or card processors thus we offer the widest range of terminals and payments solutions, a personalised service and the best in class after care service all at an affordable cost. Service and Support At Cardsave we own, manage and support our own terminal estate so you can be sure of fast and efficient service with any problems or issues regarding the use of our terminals seven days a week from our qualified and fully trained Help Desk. Tailored Pricing New to Cards Business without a card processing facility can start with a simple, one year contact with low cost starter rates (see Merchant Service Fee Tariff). Where a merchant does not have a card payment facility and has taken over an existing business with card payment history, we will treat such a merchant as a switcher. Switchers Merchants with an existing merchant account can receive a tailored pricing service. We review the different card type spend and tailor Merchant Service Fees to suit their business. This personalised service will typically reduce fees and costs by up to 15% and in some cases, more. Contracts Our standard contracts are twelve months, automatically renewed on the annual anniversary unless cancelled by either Cardsave or the Merchant. The Merchant may cancel at anytime within the contract period with no penalty or cancellation fee, they simply pay for the unused part of the contract. PCI Compliance All our Payment devices are 100% compliant with current legislation and standards. In addition, we support and pay for the first year PCI registration fees for all new clients.

The Sales Process We appoint a dedicated sales agent to manage the relationship between Cardsave, you and your client. We handle all the on-boarding processes, KYC and paperwork directly with your client. From your referral program or direct marketing and awareness initiatives, you would qualify the interest from the merchant and obtain their permission for us to call or create a call to action where they can contact us directly. Either way, we will then contact your client; negotiate all pricing and terms and forward all contracts to them by email or post. When Streamline has opened the merchant account, we notify all parties and dispatch the payment devices. Reporting We will send you a report each month showing new Merchants promoted and within the last calendar month. The report will also show the trading Merchants and the appoint
