Automotive Sales Lead Management Solutions AutoSLM is the next generation of sales tools. We produce Sales Lead Management software for vehicle dealers; organising sales staff, giving managers access to reporting tools, and allowing manufacturers to see what's happening in their network. AutoSLM is web-based but we also have a tablet app and a mobile app, allowing the software to fit into your dealership using the hardware you already have. System Overview AutoSLM Sales Lead Management is our primary product with the emphasis on generating sales through leads coming into the dealership and managing those leads through to sale. If you have used e-goodmanners or any systems similar to this in the past, then you will have some idea as to what AutoSLM is capable of. Built and developed by the staff who originally brought e- GoodManners to the market, we have used our experience to create an unrivalled an and technically advanced system.

What can it do for me? If you are a sales person, it will allow you to record customer details, enquiry vehicle details, trade in details, create quotes and order forms for your records. You will also have a full diary system and a tasks system that allows you to stay organised, manage your day and keep in close contact with all of your customers. If you are a sales manager, amongst other tools, AutoSLM will provide you with reporting data on how your sales team are doing, how many customers they have contacted, how many test drives they have booked and taken, how many deliveries have arrived and most importantly how many sales have been made. AutoSLM allows you to set your team targets and monitor their performance against those targets, helping you to manage your dealership more effectively and profitably. The Power of New Features Do you currently have a sales lead management system that frustrates you? We will move all your existing customer data into our system free of charge, No customers will be lost, so there's no reason to be put off moving to Auto SLM. Customer Tracking and Diary Management AutoSLM is a customer relationship management tool. A sales executive records the customer name, address, telephone number and enquiry vehicle details along with any notes and other preferences about the customer. That customer record then opens up a vehicle enquiry form that is tracked through the sales executive's online diary system. This allows sales executives to organise their time effectively on a day-to-day level, marking off tasks in their diary as they go. Customer records of visits, enquiries, test drives and purchases can be easily accessed by simply typing their surname into the search area. Our customer capture screens are easy to use with drop-down selections to save time and ensure accuracy.

Custom PDF Printable Forms All of our forms are available in PDF format so you can easily email, print and save copies. We can create custom form generation on request so any documents you need in PDF can be converted, saved and accessed by everyone in the dealership. Digital Signature Capture For dealerships that are aiming to become more environmentally friendly or who are moving towards a paperless office, we have now made all of our forms electronic. In addition we have created a digital signature capture panel for the tablet and desktop, giving the customer and sales staff peace of mind that the deal is sealed.

Nurturing and Customer Prospecting Is your sales lead management system full of customers that have never been followed up? Do sales staff have hundreds, if not thousands of overdue customer contacts in their diaries? If this is the case, then very quickly your sales lead management system becomes ineffective. Sales staff stop using it properly leading to missed follow-ups and ultimately, thousands of pounds in missed sales. We at AutoSLM believe that sales executives are good at selling cars to people currently in the market for a new car and not at cold calling someone who potentially wanted to buy a car three years ago and is still in their database. AutoSLM has addressed this issue by creating the role of Nurturer. The Nurturer takes over from the salesperson providing proactive follow up to the prospect, looking after them until they are ready to re-enter the sales process, but now as a warm prospect. The salesperson simply transfers the prospect to 'Nurturing' section via the AutoSLM system. Once in nurturing, we have a range of tools designed to keep in touch with the prospect. Our 'Keep In Touch' (KIT) system sends e-mail and SMS messages as automated routines and the Nurturer has their own diary to keep in contact. Once the prospect is ready, they are transferred into the salesperson s diary for follow up.

Keep In Touch (KIT) Keep In Touch (KIT) is our automated communication system. It allows you to send emails and text messages to any or all of your customers and prospects. KIT is a simple to use system that allows you to create bespoke marketing searches for your dealership or group. For example: Find all customers that have enquired about a Ford Focus in the last twelve months, but didn't actually purchase one or Find all customers that purchased from us, but haven t had a test drive in the last two years You can create any search you require and all KIT activity is recorded against the customer or prospect records so you can see exactly what was sent, to whom, by whom and when. KIT can also be used as a fully automated system to send communication on or before specific events. For example, automated text reminders can be sent to customers reminding them of an upcoming test drive or an email can be automatically sent out thanking customers after a hand over. There is a selection of pre-formatted templates in the KIT system or you can create your own for a more personalised touch. Interactive questionnaires such as CSI surveys can be sent out using the KIT system, allowing managers to analyse data relating to lost sales.

Stock Management It is extremely easy to upload stock to AutoSLM. We currently stock have stock feeds into AutoSLM automatically from the following integration partners: Gforces, Portfolio, 2nd Byte, LimitLess, Blue Sky Interactive, Cube, Autotrader and Trader Media and we maintain your stock automatically via overnight feeds, ensuring it is always kept up to date. By importing your stock into AutoSLM, your sales executives are able to quickly and effectively search for specific vehicles required by the customer. High quality images can be accessed to show the customer and then with a click of a button that vehicle can be linked to the customer s record, pre-filling the vehicle details such as VIN, transmission, colour and registration date automatically. Silent Salesman forms can also be produced through the stock management area and these can be produced in any format you require. These can be printed and put onto the car windscreen, or given as a take home brochure. We can easily link to any provider of stock feeds but we also allow manual import from Excel/CSV files in any layout. In addition we also have webservices available for you to upload stock vehicles from other systems via our product, DealerHub.
