AUDI PRODUCT QUALITY AND TECHNICAL SERVICE ANALYST AUBURN HILLS, MI This role will provide a comprehensive experience with the Product Quality and Technical Service (PQ&TS) team, exposing them to their organizational structure and operational strategies. The analyst will learn the operations and application of PQ&TS departmental processes, goals, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). As part of the Product Quality and Quality Analysis rotations, the analyst will provide technical and analytical support for new model launch activities, including the 2014 launch of the A3. In addition, this role will have the opportunity to learn technical support activities at the dealership level and experience firsthand how Technical Services partners with dealer to resolve quality issues. The individual in this role will gain an understanding of each function within the PQ&TS team and how each supports team objectives and dealership operations. Learn how product quality issues are identified, reported, and resolved. Gain experience in and support the processes that drive improvements in product and service quality. Support new model launch coordination for A3 by investigating, analyzing and reporting technical issues. Gain exposure to the processes supporting new model launches in the US Market. Perform pre-launch data analysis. Conduct on-site analysis and test installations. In collaboration with Audi AG, Product Support, and various departments, the analyst will analyze main product issues and report findings. Develop an understanding of how the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) provides support to dealer technicians to help resolve product issues. Learn the structure behind subsystems and escalation process between TAC and Product Support group. Shadow Technical Field Managers as they provide on-site dealer technical assistance. Learn how to perform in-depth technical root cause analysis and how to identify and report emerging quality topics. Actively assume the role of providing technical support for area teams and Customer Experience. Develop an understanding of how Warranty budgets are administered and controlled. Learn warranty policies and procedures that outline all warranty coverage. Gain experience with various warranty programs and how the Administration team reviews claims for warranty compliance. 3

AUDI REGION OPERATIONS ANALYST CENTRAL REGION - ROSEMONT, IL The Audi Central Region Operations Analyst position represents an opportunity for the right candidate to experience several different aspects of the Audi Operations business from the regional office perspective. This candidate will rotate through several regional departments, including: Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Network Development. During these rotations, the analyst will assist the department manager while learning about that specific portion of the business. The responsibilities of this role will range from assisting in the daily operations of the Department Manager, to special projects that directly impact the growth of the Audi brand in the Midwest. Responsible for creating and communicating daily reports to Region Director and department managers. Assist with the coordination and logistics for regional marketing events. Manage regional marketing vehicle fleet. Assist with the planning and preparation for Dealer Ad Group (DAG) meetings, including meeting logistics and development of presentation materials. Develop a thorough understanding of field operations by shadowing and assisting an Area Sales Manager and/or Area After Sales Manager during dealer visits. Learn and assist in various reporting activities, including: Aged inventory, dealer sales, market share, sales history reports, and other reports as needed. Gain operational knowledge of Distribution and CPO by assisting each department with special projects. Provide communication and tracking support for regional incentive programs. Support Region Network Development Manager in the monthly management of dealer performance (preparing deficiency letters; monitoring and distributing monthly dealer performance reports). Develop a process to improve reporting efficiency as it relates to dealer performance data. Assist the Customer Experience Manager in monitoring and reporting of customer experience data gathered through Audi Insight. Develop a tracking tool, using Audi Insight data, which highlights high priority KPIs to drive customer satisfaction improvement at the dealership level. Coordinate dealer improvement meetings between Customer Experience Manager, area sales team, and dealership employees to assist in the overall enhancement of the customer experience. 4

AUDI SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST HERNDON, VA The Audi Sales Operations Analyst will build a strong foundation in the areas of dealer franchising, corporate sales operations and planning and distribution. This role will become involved in a variety of dealer network development activities and play a key role in dealer performance analysis. In addition, the analyst will be a high level contributor as part of the Planning and Distribution team by supporting distribution processes, enhancing forecast methodologies, and helping to drive process improvement at the dealer level. Throughout each rotation the analyst will gain exposure to field and dealership operations by supporting dealership performance consulting, assisting in various regional activities and leading process improvement projects that aim to improve dealer satisfaction. Support franchising activities and process common franchising documents, to include Dealer Agreement amendments, ownership changes, and buy/sell transactions. Assist in market-level dealership analysis, to include dealership performance monitoring and communication. Assist in development of dealership employee recognition program (2015 Audi Winner s Circle Elite). Assist with launch of new digital dealer scorecard. Assist with development and launch of Audi Data Analytics Modeling (ADAM) tool. Support the creation of meeting content for various key regional and national meetings. Gain understanding of Audi business priorities and region priorities. Manage content gathering for twice monthly field conference calls, issue meeting minutes, and follow-up on open items. Gain basic understanding of individual sales and wholesale channels. Learn and support basic distribution and logistics processes. Develop improvements to the current forecasting methodologies. Understand the dealer allocation process and how this impacts sales and production planning. Analyze distribution shortfalls from dealer perspective. AFTER SALES ANALYST AUBURN HILLS, MI AND HERNDON, VA The After Sales Analyst will have a unique opportunity to learn and support the After Sales business within Group Functions, Audi, and Volkswagen. In the Group Functions rotation the analyst will develop an understanding of the Workshop, Warranty Parts, and Service Support operations and how this division supports our dealer body. The analyst will play a key role in analyzing and improving warranty parts processes and dealership communications. Within the Audi and VW Brand After Sales departments, the analyst will learn how both Audi/VW drive parts sales by supporting improved customer satisfaction and dealer wholesale processes. Through exposure to three separate After Sales Departments the After Sales Analyst will gain a deep understanding of the After Sales business within Volkswagen Group of America and the similarities and differences in how each division achieves parts and accessories sales goals. Group After Sales Develop methodology for statistical analysis and correlation of vehicle diagnostics quality and service information quality to Fix it Right the First Time (FRFT) and repeat repairs. Develop methodology to statistically correlate vehicle quality improvement to warranty parts return processes. Evaluate and develop 5-year business plan for warranty parts processing including facilities, resources, and cost. Assist with development of system user acceptance testing, training and application support processes to address systems shortcomings at the dealership level. Assist with validation and development of dealer and owner communications. Participate in dealer focus groups to gather feedback to determine future initiatives and areas of improvement. Assist with industry and non-industry benchmarking activities. Audi After Sales Support projects related to dealership process improvement and creating proper facilities. Provide support to the After Sales team on the various customer retention and capacity programs. Learn and support a variety of After Sales Programs, including: PPB (Parts Performance Bonus), wholesale programs, accessory development, accessory marketing, RIM (Retail Inventory Management) software and retail marketing. Gain firsthand knowledge of Regional goals and expectations at the dealership level. Gain perspective of dealership issues and an understanding of how Audi supports these at the national level. Volkswagen Brand After Sales Conduct Service Business analysis to identify service retention opportunity for the top 200 dealers and coordinate an action plan to increase service retention at the dealer level. Conduct an in-depth analysis to identify top VW parts purchased and identify opportunities for Volkswagen to win additional business. Conduct an analysis on dealers with low purchase loyalty and low dollar purchases and create a framework to execute an improvement plan. 6

VW MARKETING ANALYST HERNDON, VA This role will provide a highly motivated candidate the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the Volkswagen Brand marketing division. This position offers an exciting opportunity to experience all sides of the marketing function, from performing analyses that inform the Volkswagen Brand marketing strategy to supporting the operational activities that allow the field sales force and dealer body to execute Volkswagen s marketing strategy effectively. The individual will gain experience in brand management and analytics, digital/social media marketing, as well as in point of sales activities that drive sales at the dealership level. Work with internal stakeholder to plan/review annual activities and necessary Go To Market steps to prepare for execution Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and review annual activities as they relate to product launches, positioning and targeting. Assist the marketing analytics function to gather, analyze and report key metrics that inform marketing strategy development. Support the development and execution of the national media plan, including new vehicle launches. Assist the social media manager with strategy and execution of the social media plan. Monitor VW owned social channels and assist in the development and approval of the weekly content calendar. Work closely with social media agency in execution of social campaigns. Manage Monthly Marketing News updates and assist with overall execution on brand advertising campaigns across all mediums. Manage logistics and inventory of vehicles in marketing fleet. Assist in the management of VW.com and provide direction to digital agency. Collaborate with colleagues on the development of retail advertising campaigns and production. Assist in point of sale and brochure development and production. Coordinate communications with the Region Marketing Manager. Work with Retail team in coordinating Local Marketing Council (LMC) media in conjunction with media partners and Regional Marketing Managers. Assist in implementing Dealership facing digital programs to drive traffic for brand. Work with agency partners to develop media campaigns and web site content. Collaborate with agency partners to identify new trends and technology needed by Dealers. 7

VW REGION OPERATIONS ANALYST PACIFIC REGION - WOODLAND HILLS, CA This position is based out of a regional office and will support the Regional Director, with a focus on region and field operations. In this role, the graduate will gain knowledge of the automotive business by rotating through different regional departments such as Dealer Development, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), Distribution, After Sales, and Sales and Marketing. This will allow a broad immersion in all the regional activities with high exposure to both the field and corporate organizations. Support Regional Director with regional analysis and ad hoc reports. Assist Region Operations Manager with collection and analysis of field sales reports and other Sales Operations related activities. Coordinate and prepare content for Region meetings and Dealer Sales and Marketing Meetings. Shadow Sales Operations Manager during dealership visits and assist with the gathering of necessary data and information to prepare for visit. Support the Area General Manager on dealer improvement projects. Support Network Development Manager in gathering data and providing analysis for business reviews and dealer communications. Assist with the buy/sell and open point process for dealerships in the region. Support the dealer selection process and various dealer franchising activities. Support Region Marketing Manager in the coordination and logistics of marketing events. Develop an understanding of the dynamics of different modes of marketing (digital, TV, radio, etc.) and how regional marketing operations support the corporate strategy. Through exposure to Volkswagen Credit, Inc., understand the differences between the captive finance company and the national sales company and how they support each other. Develop an understanding of the CPO/used vehicle business. Travel with and support the Fixed Operations Manager during dealership visits and reviews with the Dealership Service Manager. 8

VW SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST HERNDON, VA This role will be responsible for learning the facets of the business that drive vehicle sales and will be involved in activities that represent the core aspects of Volkswagen s business. The analyst will be a key contributor to the design, development, and implementation of Volkswagen s fleet growth strategy, which will drive the achievement of short and long-term vehicle sales targets. During a rotation within Distribution, the analyst will be actively involved in conducting analysis that ensures VW has the right vehicles in the right place at the right time. Throughout the program, the Graduate Analyst will be directly involved in conducting analysis of key issues and providing process improvement recommendations that will drive vehicle sales and grow the fleet business. Conduct analysis of US fleet market in terms of volumes, customer segments/channels, pricing, and ancillary products and services. Evaluate market data to identify opportunities for sales growths and assist in the development of action plans to drive growth. Support the marketing and communications activities of the Fleet and Remarketing Department. Participate in the design and development of fleet marketing in a variety of marketing channels. Evaluate VW model price positioning relative to competition. Support the development of sales strategies for individual models in the commercial vehicle market. Assist in the coordination of dealership meetings and events. Analyze data and information provided to Volkswagen by dealers and coordinate with various departments to ensure necessary improvements are implemented. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to make business adjustments that ensure the right vehicles are in the right place at the right time. Conduct in-depth analysis of vehicle features/trims to inform the distribution processes. Responsible for identifying and making recommendations for improvements that enhance processes for corporate, region, and dealership staff. 9

VW CREDIT, INC. FINANCE ANALYST HERNDON, VA AND VARIOUS OTHER LOCATIONS The main purpose of this role is to employ and also train a high-caliber MBA graduate in a variety of Finance roles. The Graduate Analyst in this role will relocate at least a few times during this program. Other than Herndon, Virginia, a significant amount of time will also be worked in Libertyville, Illinois (North and West of Chicago). Although the position will be primarily focused in the Finance/Purchasing function, the analyst will have opportunities to gain exposure to several other areas within the Volkswagen Credit, Inc. (VCI) organization. The individual in this role will achieve: Broader overall knowledge of and greater competencies in Business Finance and its critical role in business operations and results. Strong understanding of key financial indicators and drivers in the company and how good strategy and business actions create strong financial results. Sharpened skills in financial analysis, reporting, and financial consulting skills, Learning opportunities in other VCI and VWGoA departments to develop a full appreciation of the company s business. Examples of work assigned to this position: Create a budget/forecast and control against stated outcomes. Perform financial analyses on spending requests and budget problems/opportunities. VW CREDIT, INC. MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST HERNDON, VA AND VARIOUS OTHER LOCATIONS The main purpose of this role is to employ and train a high-caliber recent graduate from a Master s program (MBA or Master s Degree in Marketing) in a variety of roles in VCI Marketing, Sales Operations, and Remarketing. The Graduate Analyst in this role will relocate at least a few times during this program. Other than Herndon, Virginia, time may be spent in such locations as Auburn Hills, Michigan and in one or more of five VCI Region Sales Offices. Although the position will be primarily focused in the Marketing and Business development, the analyst will have opportunities to gain exposure to several other functional areas within the Volkswagen Credit, Inc. (VCI) organization. The desired outcomes are: Broad knowledge of and competencies in Business Marketing, Sales Operations, and Remarketing in order to apply these skills and knowledge in a VCI or VWGoA career. Understanding of how strong marketing and sales strategies and performance contribute to business success. Sharpened skills in specific areas, such as Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM), Marketing Communications, e-commerce, Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Remarketing, Auctions and Data Management. Provide strategic analysis for determining the success of customer and dealer direct sales programs, including cost/benefit analysis and customer/dealer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for dealer direct sales program enhancements while maximizing dealer satisfaction and business objectives of VCI and Brands. Maintain and build relationship with external vendor that provides services for online sales channel. Present Remarketing analysis and proposals to management. 11

REGION OPERATIONS ANALYST SOUTH CENTRAL REGION - IRVING, TX AND VARIOUS OTHER LOCATIONS The main purpose of this role is to employ and train a high-caliber MBA graduate in a variety of roles in VCI Field Sales, including Field Risk Management. Although the position will be primarily focused in Region Sales Operations, the analyst will have opportunities to gain exposure to several other areas within the Volkswagen Credit, Inc. (VCI) organization. The desired outcomes are: Broad knowledge of and competencies in financial sales, business development, dealer account management, and field risk management, including wholesale floor planning. Understanding of how financial sales, dealer account management, and field risk, including wholesale floorplanning, contribute to business success. Understand the important partnership between sales and risk in building and managing the company loan portfolio in an aggressive yet safe way for growth and profitability. Understand brand sales goals, dynamics, and how VCI works to help promote vehicle sales goals. Sharpened skills in sales, account management, and business finance analytics. FINANCE ANALYST HERNDON, VA This role will gain a well-rounded experience by working within multiple areas of the Finance Organization. They will have hands-on experience with the purchasing process as it relates to sales and marketing commodities. This role will develop an understanding of Volkswagen Brand Finance and support the daily financial operations that allow a sales and marketing organization to effectively achieve its business goals. The analyst will develop the basic controlling skillset by gaining extensive experience in financial planning, reporting, and budget tracking. This role will be an integral team member in all departments, and have opportunities to present their work to the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Controllers, and a variety of other audiences. Examples of work assigned to this position: Assist Buyers, Sr. Buyers and management to ensure that all VWGoA non-production materials and services are procured in a manner which meets all legal, ethical, and VW Group Global Sourcing process guidelines. Aid in determining the most appropriate and cost efficient solutions based on business needs. Assist in evaluation of vendor bids and negotiation preparation. Participate in the development of Volkswagen Group of America s supplier base by researching potential vendors. Assist in the analysis, development, and proposal of business cases for Volkswagen Brand sales and marketing activities. Support controllers in various financial analyses, including: scenario planning predictive analysis, and other reporting, as needed. TITLE: IT ANALYST AUBURN HILLS, MI AND HERNDON, VA This role will be responsible for improving overall system operations and application performance between the VW Brand Connected Vehicle Program, its public facing web sites (VW.COM/AUDI.COM) and other third party service providers. Under the direction of the Manager, Web Services, this role interfaces with the Volkswagen Group of America internal Application Support teams, external Digital Marketing application development partners as well as the all operational service providers (both internal and external) to ensure a best in class digital experience for the VW Brand and its retail customers. Examples of work assigned to this position: Learn the technologies and IT processes that are required in the support of the VW Connected Vehicle Program. Gain experience in the coordination of IT activities with third party service providers to ensure end to end functionality between the vehicles, telematics, and owner s portal. Support the development and operations of the Brand Sites, including VW.com and Audi.com. Work with external application development partners that provide application content and programming to social media and consumer facing applications. Serve as a Technical point of contact for interfacing between the IT Department, vendors and business teams to support release coordination activities. Develop an understanding of the support processes involved with the VW Connected Vehicle Program and Audi.com/VW.com Brand sites. Work with internal support teams and external service providers to solve application issues and maintain a high level of service for Volkswagen Brand customers. PARTS LOGISTICS ANALYST AUBURN HILLS, MI AND VARIOUS OTHER LOCATIONS This exciting role includes an expansive rotational program through virtually all facets of the Parts Logistics function within Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. The program introduces new employees to the VWGoA Parts Logistics organization and operations with the goal of developing a well-rounded candidate for future leadership positions within Parts Logistics. This program provides a unique opportunity to learn the business from the bottom up ; gaining a true understanding of key roles and building relationships in each business unit. During each rotation, graduates gain an understanding of why each function exists and how the function supports Parts Logistics and the organization as a whole. Examples of work assigned to this position: Support a variety of inventory planning processes including: strategic planning, inventory planning, process integration, and obsolescence. Develop an understanding of procurement process as it relations to both affiliate and domestic suppliers. Support the Material Information Team (MIT) with various processes, including: parts cataloging, developing product definitions, hazardous material management and new vehicle launch activities. Develop an understanding of the Resource Planning function and the function of key roles within that department (Warehouse Data, Facility Planning, Resource and Productivity). Learn the basic processes, procedures, and strategies of the parts depots as it relates to inbound/outbound operational flow, network productivity, damages, cycle counts, master data and inventory-warehouse layout. Gain an understanding of the Business Planning functions and support both Operational processes (integration testing/systems support) and Dealership facing services (warranty audits, order services, technical support). Learn the Supplier Integration and TQM function by supporting packaging/sourcing, purchasing, and quality in both the Auburn Hills office and Chattanooga manufacturing plant. Within the Vehicle Logistics department, work with ports to track KPIs and identify opportunities to optimize operations and generate new ideas. Develop an understanding of the accessories installation process at the ports and how this function contributes to company profits and customer satisfaction. 15
