BT Billing Analyst 2.07 Quick guide
Using a variety of reports and its key, BT Billing Analyst enables you to examine your telephony spend across mobile, telemarketing, Featurenet, Openzone and more. The software is available free of charge to registered customers by way of their OneBillPlus CD-ROM, or can be downloaded from BT.com or http://download.btbillinganalyst.com, and must be installed on a PC to be used. Customers wishing to use BT Billing Analyst must first register their copy of the software online. Registration is an important part of the process, as it will enable BT to advise customers of new enhancements and software releases of BT Billing Analyst. This Quick Guide is a map of the menu buttons within BT Billing Analyst providing you with a clear overview of the various menus and functions available. Bills 1.1 Import Bills Import Bills Select the Data type to Import Click radio button to select import type Use the file dialogue box to find the data you wish to import. Click Open Are you starting a new Project? Click New Project File Are you appending a bill to an existing project? Click Append to Existing Project File Do you want to import multiple OneBills into separate projects? Click Multiple Project Destination Folder Create and save a name for your new Project Open the existing file to append Select destination folders for multiple projects Do you want to reselect a different project?
