Regional Manager. Responsible for the overall management and administration of public substance abuse services in Northeastern Massachusetts. Responsibilities included the development of a continuum of prevention, intervention and treatment services, contract negotiations, licensing and monitoring, linking with other state and federal funding agencies on the formation and implementation of state policy. 1991 1993 Brockton Community and Family Resources. Fee-for-Service Clinician. Provided mental heal and substance abuse treatment services to individuals, families and groups. 1990-1991 Social Justice for Women. Statewide Coordinator. Developed and managed a statewide system to facilitate substance abuse treatment services for civilly committed women. Collaborated with multiple state and private sector social service agencies, the Judiciary and the Department of Corrections.
