First National Bank in Carlyle Cash Management Training Once you have logged into Internet Banking, Click on Cash Management on the left menu pane to access the different features of Cash Management. The three primary features that will be utilized are: 1.Setup ACH Batch, 2.Setup Recipients and 3.Process ACH Batch. To CREATE a new ACH BATCH: 1. From left menu Cash Management > ACH > 1.Setup ACH Batch 2. Enter a name of the bacth in the Batch field. (Hint: Hover your cursor over the blue circle with the i for help on that field.) 3. Once all required field have been entered, click the Submit button. 4. You will now see the batch you created near the bottom of the screen (you may have to scroll down on the page). 5. To edit an existing batch, simply click on the Name of the report, which is a blue hyperlink. 1
To ADD or EDIT RECIPIENTS of a Batch. 1. From left menu Cash Management > ACH > 2.Setup Recipients 2. Use the drop down selection on the Batch field to select the batch that was created in Step 1. 3. Complete the required fields and click Submit. (Tip: Although the Addenda field is not required it is strongly recommended to complete this field, this field shows on the recipient s bank statement to identify the source of the ACH item.) 4. You will now see the recipient you created near the bottom of the screen (you may have to scroll down on the page) 2
5. Once you have all your recipients entered, you can make future changes to the dollar amount field by simply clicking inside the amount field. If you need to exclude a recipient from a batch, simply uncheck the include box. Once all changes have been made click Update. 6. *** YOU MUST PERFORM STEP 3. PROCESS ACH BATCH AFTER ANY CHANGES OR YOUR BATCH WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. *** 3
To submit or PROCESS A BATCH: 1. From left menu Cash Management > ACH > 3.Process ACH Batch 2. You can review you batch to verify recipients and amounts by clicking on the hyperlink in the items column. 3. The following page will pop up to show you the list of recipients and amounts, you may choose to print this page or simply close the window. 4
4. Notice the column heading in the middle of the page, before you APPROVE a batch it will state Pending Approval 5. To approve a batch, click the box in the include column, then click the Approve button. Notice the column heading has now changed to state Scheduled ACH Batch On the 1. Setup ACH Batch, near the bottom of the page, you can now see that a particular ACH batch is either pending approval or scheduled for processing. 5
Steps to add sub users to your online banking: 1. From the left menu select Cash Management > Miscellaneous > Users 2. Complete the user field, this will become part of the sub-user login name. Change the Default Screen selection from *Cash management to list or *Accounts. When selecting individual access levels, the header must also be selected, for example under Accounts section, if you only select list, history and summary, the Accounts header must also be checked. (Tip: Select the header box first, then de-select the access levels the user should not have access to.) Click the SUBMIT button in the bottom right hand corner to save the new user. At the top of the screen you will see confirmation that the new user was added, along with the new user s temporary password. Also notice near the bottom of the screen the new user now appears, click on the user name to edit. (You may not see all the access level pictured above, this especially holds true under the Cash Management column.) 6
The new user will need to enter this password without the dashes. The new user will login with the user name created in step 1 followed by @ primary userid as their full login in name. For example if the primary online banking username is ABCCorp72 and the new user name created is Charlie, then Charlie will login into online banking with the username: Charlie@ABCCorp72 3. From the left hand menu select Cash Management > Miscellaneous > User Account Maintenance, use the drop down box to select your new user and click submit. 4. The next window will allow you to select which accounts the user will be able to view, click submit when done. 5. You can view the activity of sub users by selecting from the left hand menu Cash Management > Reports. 7
