Software Installation Instructions Note: Due to a change in core communications for version 2.1.0 software, P-TS18 touchscreens cannot be upgraded from versions prior to 2.1.0 by downloading files directly from the online P-CCS. To upgrade, the VTS installer must be downloaded from the P-CCS web interface and loaded using a USB drive. New Unison Paradigm Architectural Touchscreen Control Stations ship with the current version of software and should not require update before use. Future upgrades can be coordinated as needed with ETC Technical Services. Paradigm Virtual Touchscreen Software (P-VTS) is available from any online Paradigm Central Control Server (P-CCS). Additionally, the VTS application can be downloaded from the ETC website at www.etcconnect.com.
