Leave your cable/dsl modem connected to its phone line or cable input. 1. Insert the supplied Wireless PC card into the Wireless PCMCIA Card slot on the rear panel of the NetLINE. Insert the card label-side up, and make sure the card is inserted securely. It should click into position. 2. Use the provided Ethernet cable (or any standard straight-through Ethernet cable) to connect the Ethernet port on the NetLINE to a hub or switch on your local network. If you do not have a network hub or switch, use the Uplink port to connect the NetLINE directly to an Ethernetenabled computer. Do NOT use the Ethernet and Uplink ports at the same time. 3. Use the Ethernet cable provided with your cable/dsl modem to connect the modem to the Connection port on the NetLINE. NetLINE installation installing the NetLINE Wireless Gateway 4.
