Sinks should be clean inside and outside to includes taps, pipes, stoppers and waste grids with no build up of lime or dirt. Soap trays or dispensers should be clean and replenished including pumps and unit. Mirrors should be free of dust, streaks and smears. Hand dryers and hand towels holders should be clean including top and underside and adequately replenished

Waste bins and ashtrays should be clean and Floor should be free of dirt and stains especially around toilet bowl. Checklist should be neat and up to date. BEDROOM Door should be clean and free of dust and smears incl jams, top, saddle boards and lever box. Wardrobes should be clean inside and outside including shelves, base and rails with sufficient hangers neatly presented. Spare blankets and pillows should be neatly packet in a plastic cover. The trouser press and ironing station should be completely clean and in working order. The tea station should be clean with clean unchipped crockery and cutlery neatly presented. Kettle should be clean and in good working order. Table, chairs, lockers, dressing table and other furniture should be clean and free of excess chips to include tops, sides, legs and frames. There should be no debris at side or underneath cushions. The hairdryer should be clean, hair free and in good working order. Television should be totally clean including shelf or unit. Remote control and instructions should be clean and neatly presented. Windows, frames and surrounds should be free from dirt, cobwebs and smears. Curtains should be clean, tear free and hanging evenly. Curtains poles should be clean and dust free. Radiators should be clean and free from dust, debris and cobwebs underneath and behind. The bed linen and pillows should be untorn, clean, odour and stain free. Clean pillow protectors and mattress protectors should be in place. The telephone should be completely clean to include receiver, cradle and underneath. Phone books should be current and in good condition. Notepads and stationary should be clean and untorn.

Soap trays and dispensers such are clean and replenished including pumps and unit. Mirrors should be free of dust, streaks and smears. Waste bins should be clean inside and outside and bags should be clean and free from tears Floor should be free of dirt and stains especially around toilet bowl. The radiator and towel rail should be clean and free of dust. Are windowsills / air vents free from dust and cobwebs. Are trolleys / equipment placed so as not to cause a hazard to staff or guests. 50 checks at 2 points each
