Toolbar Firefox Norton Internet Security/Firewall Pop-up Blocker IE7 How to Disable Common Pop-Up Blockers Listed below are some of the most popular pop-up blocking software packages, and instructions to enable pop-up windows with them. Pop-up windows must be enabled to use our online services. There are dozens of pop-up blocking software packages and, as a result, we are unable to list each here, but we have chosen the most popular. Generally, most pop-up blockers will install themselves either within the browser toolbar, or within the Windows Taskbar (found at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen). Depending upon what is installed on your computer, it is possible that you may have more than one pop-up blocker running. You will have to disable all of them for our site to work properly. Once you have reviewed these instructions and have disabled the pop-up blockers in your system, click the Back button in your browser to return to the online system you were previously viewing. Next

Internet Explorer AOL Toolbar The AOL Toolbar is available from America On-Line as part of their service's offerings. It appears in the browser as follows: The AOL pop-up blocker icon looks like this: 1. Click the AOL pop-up blocker icon. The icon changes to the following: 2. Google Toolbar The Google Toolbar is provided by Google to facilitate searching the web, as well as provide pop-up blocking. Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) With the release of Microsoft's Service Pack 2 for Windows XP, pop-up blocking is now directly integrated into Internet Explorer. Note that, by default, pop-up blocking is enabled within Internet Explorer. 1. Click Tools, Pop-up Blocker, Turn Off Pop-up Blocker. 2. Once this is done, you should be able to use the online system properly. Once you are finished using our online system, you can go back into the menu again to turn on the pop-up blocker.

MSN Toolbar MSN Toolbar is also provided by Microsoft, as part of their online services. This pop-up blocker is part of a menu bar and appears in the browser as follows: The MSN pop-up blocker icon looks like this: 1. Click the down arrow (to the right of the text). The following menu displays: 2. Click Allow Pop-ups or Allow Pop-ups for this Site. 3. Once this is done, you should be able to use our online system properly. Once you are finished using the online system, you can go back into the menu again to turn on the pop-up blocker.

Pop-Up Stopper This program is designed solely for preventing pop-ups. When running, it displays an icon in the lower right corner of your Start Menu taskbar (usually near the clock), and appears as follows: The Pop-Up Stopper pop-up blocker icon looks like this: 1. Right-click the Pop-Up Stopper icon. The following menu appears: 2. Click Block pop-up ad windows to remove the checkmark beside it. 3. Once this is done, you should be able to use our online system properly. Once you are finished using the online system, you can go back into the menu again to turn on the pop-up blocker.

PopUpCop This program is designed solely for preventing pop-ups. PopUpCop is part of a menu bar and appears in the browser as follows: 1. Click» (the right double arrow symbol to the right of the yellow dot). The following menu appears: 2. Click Disable PopUpCop or Allow popups from this site... 3. Once this is done, you should be able to use our online system properly. Once you are finished using the online system, you can go back into the menu again to turn on the pop-up blocker.

Yahoo! Toolbar The Yahoo! Toolbar is available from Yahoo! as part of their service's offerings. It appears in the browser as follows: The following icon is the pop-up blocker: 1. Click (the down arrow beside the icon). The following menu appears: 2. Click Enable Pop-Up Blocker to remove the checkmark beside it, disabling the pop-up blocking. 3. Once this is done, you should be able to use our online system properly. Once you are finished using the online system, you can go back into the menu again to turn on the pop-up blocker.

Firefox Mozilla's pop-up blocker is integrated into the browser, much like the pop-up blocker for Internet Explorer. 1. Select Tools, Options. The following window appears: 2. Click the Content icon (at the top of the window). 3. Click the checkbox next to Block pop-up windows to remove the checkmark. 4. Click OK. 5. Once this is done, then you should be able to use our online system properly. Once you are finished using the online system, you can go back into the menu again to turn on the pop-up blocker.

Norton Internet Security/Firewall Pop-up Blocker 1. To open Norton Internet Security/Firewall s main window, click Start, Programs, Norton Firewall. The following window appears: 2. Click Ad Blocking. 3. Click Turn Off. 4. Close the window. 5. Once this is done, you should be able to use our online system properly. Once you are finished using the online system, you can go back into the above window again to turn on the pop-up blocker.

Internet Explorer 7 1. Click Tools (found at the far right-hand side of the menu bar). 2. Click Pop-up Blocker. 3. Click Turn Off Pop-up Blocker. Note: If you do not see the Internet Explorer menu, follow these steps to display the menu bar, and then return to the steps above. To display the IE toolbar: 1. Right-click an empty spot on the toolbar. The following menu appears:
