He has participated in quasi-experimental evaluation studies as lead statistician for at least three European Union (EU) funded projects implemented in Northern Uganda. These projects focused on skilling of youth, household capacity building, economic strengthening, and service delivery. Kizito possesses strong quantitative or mixed-method and analytical skills derived from his University training and teaching, and the practice of complex survey planning and statistical analysis while in the Section of National Assessment (NAPE) at Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB). As a professional teacher and having participated in annual disseminations activities of NAPE to local government officials, teachers and parents for nearly eight years aided by Ms PowerPoint, he has the ability to articulate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Statistical analyses at NAPE and the EU funded evaluation researches carried out have required him to use data management software like Ms Access, EpiData or Cs. Pro, together with statistical packages like STATA and SPSS for analysis. He has trained and supervised data clerks and junior statisticians in data management. Kizito has been involved in report writing at UNEB and in the evaluations studies using Ms Word for text and Ms Excel to develop illustrative charts & graphs.
