Instructions for DNS Hosted with a Domain Registrar To update the DNS settings for your domain name, you will first need to login to your DNS host (registrar) admin console. Once you have logged in, you will then need to administer the domain name you would like to update. From here, use either the 'Zone management' or 'DNS management' tools to update the IP addresses for your domain name. Depending on the datacenter the site is hosted on, update the IP addresses with the ones below and add an SFP record: 54.246.209.120 or 54.246.209.119 United States Australia SPF (TXT) changes If the domain has no SPF record defined, you should add one with the following value (do include the quotes unless they are added automatically): "v=spf1 mx include:worldsecuresystems.com ~all" If the domain already has an SPF record, you need to include the following value: "include:worldsecuresystems.com" For detailed instructions about SPF records, please read this article. If you are unable to find the necessary tool to do so, please contact your domain registrar. Don't know who your registrar is? If you are not sure who your domain is registered under, you can use a tool such as http://whois.domaintools.com/ to look this up. Once you do a look up for your domain name, you will find your DNS registrar in the 'Registrar Name' section. Log in to your Go Daddy Account Manager 2. Enter your Go Daddy username and password, then click Secure Login 3. Click Launch to the right of the DOMAINS section.

4. From the Tools menu, select DNS Manager. The DNS Dashboard displays. 5. For the domain name with the record you want to edit, click Edit Zone. 6. Follow the below instructions to update the A records and SPF records for your domiain to point to Business Catalyst servers. Updating A records 1. In the A (Host) section, click the edit icon to the right of the @ record. Note: This record may also be shown as yourdomain.com instead of @. 2. In the 'Points to' field, replace this IP address with one of the below IP addresses based on thee data center your site is hosted on: 54.246.209.120 or 54.246.209.119 United States Australia 3. Click Save Zone File, and then click OK. Updating SPF / TXT records 1. Click Add Record in the upper left section, and then select SPF (Sender Policy Framework) from the drop-down menu. 2. If you are using the GoDaddy email service, do the following: o Select GoDaddy.com and an ISP

o Click the Outsourced tab, and enter the below on a new line in the field provided: worldsecure esystems.com o Tick the checkbox Exclude all hosts not specified here (-all) and then click OK. 3. If you are using another email provider, do the following: o Select an ISP or other mail provider o Click the Outbound tab, and enter the IP address from which your mail service providerr sends mail. Note: You will need to contact your mail service provider to retrieve this IP address. o Click the Outsourced tab, and enter the below on a new line in the field provided: worldsecure esystems.com o Tick the checkbox Exclude all hosts not specified here (-all) and then click OK. 1. Log in to your Crazy Domains Account Manager. 2. From the Domain Names menu on the left, select Manage Domains 3. Select the domain name you would like to update. 4. From the DNS Services section, click Records andd then follow the below instructions to update A records and SPF records for your domian. Updating A records 1. If any records exist for mydomain.com (replace thiss with your actual domain), then remove this record. 2. Enter one of the below IP addresses based on the data centerr your site is hosted on: 54.246.209.120 or 54.246.209.119

United States Australia 1. Click Createe and then repeat this by creatingg a www record. Updating SPF / TXT records 1. From the Record Type menu, select TXTT Record 2. Enter the below record:

v=spf1 mx include: worldsecuresystems.com ~all 3. Click Create NetRegistry 1. Log in to your NetRegistry Console using your account level username and password. 2. Select the domain name you would like to update from the domain menu, and then click Administer. 3. Click Zone Manager from list of options. Note: If click on you have a Domain Manager service: In thee main menu under the Redirection icon, the link "Click here to disable Redirection" Updating A records

4. To add an A record, select the A from the list of record types: 5. In the Host field, enter one of the below IP addresses based on the data center your site is hosted on: 54.246.209.120 or 54.246.209.119 United States Australia 6. Click Add Record. Updating SPF / TXT records 1. Back on the Zone Manageme nt page, do one of thee following: o If there is an existing SPF record in the list, click Edit to the right of the reocrd. On the next page, add include:worldsecuresystems. com to the existing SPF record in the SPF field. o If no SPF record exists, select SPF from the record type list.on the following page enterr the below in the SPF field: v=spf1 mx include:worldsecuresystems.com ~all Leave the name field blank as the system will automatically use your parent domain

name. 2. Click Add or Edit Record. MelbourneIT 1. Go to http://www.melbourneit..com.au/ and click on My Account from the menu on the upper section of the page.

2. Click Manage Domain Names. 3. Select the domain name you would like to update, then select Manage DNS > Go. 4. Go to the A, CNAME, AAAA Records section 5. Follow the below instructions to update the IP addresses and SPF records. Updating A records 1. Locate the A record that you would like to edit and click the 'Edit' button 2. Replacee this IP address with one of the below IP addresses based on the data center your site is hosted on: 54.246.209.120 or 54.246.209.119 United States

Australia 3. Save this record. Updating SPF / TXT records 1. In the TXT Records section, enter @ in the HOSTNAME field. 2. In the TXT Value section, enter the below: v=spf1 mx include: worldsecuresystems.com ~all 3. Click Add Network Solutions Go to www.networksolutions.com and click on MANAGE ACCOUNT to login. Click on the Edit DNS link under the My Domain Names section. On the DNS Manager Settings page, in the IP Address: A Records section, click Add/Edit Edit the host name for @ in the Host column Under the Numeric IP Address column, replace the IP addresss with the above IP address for the datacenter your site is hosted on Click Continue Enom 1. Log in to your Enom Account. 2. Click Registered from the Domains menu. 3. Do one of the following: o Select Host Records from the Manage Domain menu in the upper right section

o Select Host Records from the main navigational menu Updating A records 4. Depending on which data center your site is hostedd on, select one of the below IP addresses: 54.246.209.120 or 54.246.209.119 United States Australia 5. Use this IP addresss to create the below records: Host Name Record Type Address www A(Address) IP address from the list t above A (Address) IP address from the list t above TXT v=spf1 mx include:worldsecuresystems.com ~all Updating SPF / TXT records If a SPF / TXT record already exists, simply edit the existing record to add: include:worldsecuresystems.com

Bluehost 1. Log in to your Bluehost control panel. 2. From the Domains section, select DNS Zone Editor.. 3. Follow the below instructions to update the IP addresses and SPF records. Updating A records 1. In the Zone File Records section, click Edit to the right of the @ record. 2. In the Points to field, replace this IP address with one of the below IP addresses based on the data center your site is hosted on: 54.246.209.120 or 54.246.209.119 United States Australia 3. Click Save

Updating SPF / TXT records 1. In the Add DNS Record section, enter @ in the Host Record field. 2. Select the Type of TXT. 3. In the TXT Value field, enter the below: v=spf1 mx include: worldsecuresystems.com ~all 4. Log in to your 1&1 account. 2. From the Domains and Web Space section, select Domains.

3. Select your domain name from the list, and then select DNS > Edit DNS Settings Updating A records 4. In the Advanced DNS Settings section, select Other IP address. 5. Enter one of the below IP addresses based on the data centerr your site is hosted on: 54.246.209.120 or 54.246.209.119 United States Australia 6. Click OK. OVH 1. Log in to your OVH account. 2. From the Hosting and Domains section, click your domain name.

3. From the menu on the left, select Domains & DNS,,and then click DNS Zone. 4. Follow the below instructions to update the IP addresses and SPF records. Updating A records 1. Scroll down and look for the.mydomain. com A record (replace mydomain.com with your actual domain name), click the edit icon. 2. Enter one of the below IP addresses based on the data centerr your site is hosted on: 54.246.209.120 or 54.246.209.119 United States Australia 3. Click Validate, and then OK to confirm. Updating SPF / TXT records

1. If you have an existing SPF record for your domain,, scroll down and look for the.mydomain.com SPF record (replace mydomain.co om with your actual domain name), click thee edit icon. 2. If no SPF record exists, click the SPF Type icon. 3. Scroll down to the Include: field and enter the below: worldsecuresystems.com 4. Click Use Personalised SPF. One.com Note: online help resources indicate that you can not add SPF records with One.com. Contact One.com support to confirm. 1. Log in to your One.com control panel. 2. Click the DNS icon. 3. Change the DNS setting screen by selecting the Advanced web DNS settings option and clicking Update. 4. Scroll down to the Personal web DNS settings section and remove any existing mydomain.com and www.mydomain.comm (replace mydomain.com with your actual domain name) records. Updating A records 5. Back in the Personal web DNS settings section, select A from the drop down menu, and enter one of the below IP addressess based on the data center your site is hosted on:

54.246.209.120 or 54.246.209.119 United States Australia 6. Click Add DNS Setting, and then repeat the above step by entering www in the first field and the same IP address.
