Since the foundation, the company s history was characterised by various successful stages. The Technical Department s activity is aimed at the creation of high-tech products and is completely focused on the customer s needs. A mixed team of skilled designer and addicted young people allows to enhance the Company know-how. All new products are validated inside the Laboratory, carrying out scrupulous endurance tests. Starting from the production of automatic hydraulic copying devices and continuing through the introduction of the first tool turrets and B-Axis units, Duplomatic developed always more sophisticated models for different machine tool applications. Manufacturing and Quality All the principal components of Duplomatic products are manufactured inside the Production Department. The Quality System takes under control every phases of the manufacturing process. A final control has made on the 100% of the products, according to precise and defined procedures, with the issue of Testing Certificates. Sales and After-Sale Completely and wholly customers-oriented, the Sales Department is involved in replying to the specific requests and in coordinating the Sales Network activity. A territorial presence and frequent visits by customers grant a continuous partnership support. B - A XI S MULT IFUNC T ION UNI T A p p l i c at i o n s Last B-Axis generation has been developed by the use of direct drive solutions, overcrossing usual problems of mechanical transmission as backlash, noise, heating and gear damages due to crashes. Thanks to the use of the B-Axis multifunctional unit, together with the use of an ATC, a multitask machine provides a wide range of automatic operations by static and rotating tools, producing complex-shape components inside one only system. Some of the advantages on using multitask machines are: higher machining flexibility higher accuracy reduction of pieces settings reduction of dead times simplification of equipments better management of working space. CT-20 crown turret W20 WIRELESS INDEXING TABLE The CT-20 crown turret has been designed for equipping transfer lines and special machines. It s able to execute turning and milling operations with high performances and great productivity. It is the easiest and cheapest solution for adding, when it is needed only, a rotating axis as first equipment or retrofitted on existing machines. This unit can be placed on a standard pallet, like a normal work-cube, and does not limit the working capacity giving the maximum flexibility at the top of performances. An original design allows to have the long life power on board with compact dimension, very easy, quick and very practical rechargeable systems. Tool discs Toolholders Duplomatic has developed a great experience on designing and manufacturing various kind of tool discs. Starting from the common type according to DIN 69880 (VDI type) for which the availability covers diameters from 16 mm to 80 mm, many other solutions can be provided such as slot type, BMT, CDI and so on. Tool disc has become a key part inside the Turret System since by its accuracy depends the machining quality. Mainly for driven tool turrets, the perfect alignment between the rotating toolholder coupling and the turret power intake assures the best performances. For this reason, Duplomatic provides a disc testing certificate, reporting geometry tolerances and adjusting values of disc on turret. DN disc (VDI type) The need to complete most of operations inside the turning center, asks the turret to work with rotating tools for a long part of their life. In order to grant best performances, rotating toolholders have become a basic component in the Turret System. Duplomatic has been one of the pioneers for the rotating toolholders design and nowadays the company is able to provide a new product that combines high performances with high reliability. Most of the efforts have been done for machining following targets: high rigidity temperature control low noise level. Actually Duplomatic offers a wide choice for DIN 69880 (VDI) and BMT types, different tool fixing systems (ER collet, tapping collet, milling head, Capto and so on) and coupling according to DIN 5480, 1809 and special on request. Rotary tables Thanks to the fruitful experience of direct drive technology applied on the B-axis project, Duplomatic has developed a new series of rotary tables. Combining high positioning accuracy with high speed, Duplomatic rotary tables are a very flexible product for machining centers, in which even static tools operations are admitted thanks to the use of indexed spindle. Based on the original Duplomatic Patent, this continuous rotary table can be supplied with the indexing system (Hirth coupling), for providing the maximum of rigidity for heavy milling operations. Duplomatic can also offer interesting solutions for rotary table applications, looking at producers and users of Machining Centers that need to upgrade the production flexibility by adding a rotary axis. This product assures high quality and accuracy thanks to performing technical solutions as dual lead worm screw and combined bearings. A wide range of accessories as tailstock, chucks, through-axis, hydraulic distribution etc. is available for any kind of request.
