1. Introduction RGILink User s Guide 1.1 Introduction to RGILink Welcome to RGILink, Rogers Group s customer and vendor self-service website, where you can place new orders online and check the status of your order and account online anytime. You can also view and print your invoices, statements and Tickets. 2. Getting Started with RGILink You can access RGILink website by accessing www.rgilink.com on your browser. Rgilink.com website is protected and only registered users can access it. Rogers group locations and contact us pages can be accessed by anyone. 2.1 New User Registration In order to access your information on rgilink.com, You will have to register first. Registration can be completed easily by identifying yourself as valid Rogers group customer and/or hauler by providing customer number, Invoice number and matching invoice amount. This is necessary and required to protect the information of all the Rogers group customers and vendors. 2.2 Login After you have registered yourself successfully, You can access your information anytime by just login to rgilink.com. You will have to enter your user id and password you provided while registering. 3
Rogers group employees can login to rgilink by entering their network user id and password. 2.3 Forgot password In case, You forgot your password then you can click on forgot password link on login page and enter the user id and e-mail address you provided while registering. Your password will be reset and a new temporary password will be e-mailed to you. You will be able to login using this new temporary password but you will have to change this temporary immediately after your first login. 4
2.4 Forgot User Id In case, You forgot your user id then you can click on Forgot User Id? link and enter your e-mail address and account number you provided while registering. Your password will be reset and a new temporary password will be e-mailed to you. 3. RGILink Home Page On successful login, You will see RGILink home page. RGILink User s Guide 3.1 Account Information On home page, You will see a list of accounts you have access to. In order to see more information about any account, You will have to select a account from list of accounts. 3.2 User Profile You can edit your user profile anytime by clicking on user profile tab on home page. You can edit your user id, name, e-mail id, contact numbers. You can also change your password by clicking on Change Password? link. You can also add additional accounts to your profile on this page by pressing Add Customer Account or Add Hauler Account button. 3.3 Manage Users When a user registers a new account for the first time, Rogers group will contact this organization to ask for the name of the user administrator for this organization. There can be one user administrator from each organization. User administrator will be able to manage the other users from the same organization. User administrator will allow other users to see the customer aging balance and to place a new order. 6
3.4 Announcements You will be able to see the announcements on rgilink home page if there is any active announcement for you. Few Rogers group employees will be able to create a new announcements and/or edit existing announcements on this announcements page. New Announcements can be created by few authorized Rogers Group employees by pressing the Add New button. 7
3.5 Locations Rogers Group Quarry Locations can be accessed by clicking on Locations link on top right or clicking on Locations tab on home page. Locations can be contacted by Residential customers by clicking on Residential Customers Contact link on login page. You will be able to see the approximate distance between your zip code and each Rogers group quarry locations. You can also choose to see all the locations within 25 to 100 miles within your zip code. You can also see the Google map of each locations and if you want you can also get a direction from your address to quarry location on Google map page. 8
Commercial customers can contact Quarry Sales Representative by clicking on Commercial Customers Contact link on login page. You can search all the locations within 25 to 100 miles of your zip code. Commercial customers can contact Quarry Sales Representative by clicking on Contact Sales Rep link for that location. You will be able to submit the form and e-mail will be sent to quarry Sales Representative. 9
3.6 Contact Us You will be able to contact us by clicking on Contact Us link on top right or clicking on Contact Us tab on home page. You can contact us by phone during business hours or anytime by e-mail by submitting a online contact us form. When you submit the online form, RGILink customer support will receive an e-mail. You can contact us for any technical issue, nontechnical issue or for any help related with your account. 10
4. Account RGILink User s Guide 4.1 Account Balances After selecting a specific account on home page, You will see a account balances page. You will be able to see all the information related to your invoices including due date and amount remaining. You can view or print invoice by clicking on invoice number. You can also see all the tickets associated with any invoice by clicking on a circle icon on left of invoice number. You can view or print any ticket by clicking on ticket number. 11
5. Purchases RGILink User s Guide 5.1 Total Tons The purchase screen allows you to view purchases all locations or a specific location for an entered date range. These purchases are shown by PO, by Product and in Total. The PO list can be expanded to show product totals within the PO. Selection Criteria: By clicking the down arrow on the RGI Centers drop box, a list of centers that you have purchases will be shown. Click on a given center to show only purchases from that center or leave on All Locations for all centers. Enter the date range for the purchases you wish to view. Dates can be entered in MM/DD/YYYY format or click on the calendar button next to each date and select from the calendar. 12
Click the SEARCH button to return the information to the screen. The screen will return Total Purchases, Purchases by PO and Purchases by Product. On the Purchases by PO, you can click the underlined Quote Id and view the Customer Quote Letter. You can click the button to the left and view the product purchases within the PO. If you wish to print a copy of your purchases, you can click the Customer Purchases Report. 13
Click the Customer Purchases Download if you wish to get an Excel format of your purchases. 14
6. Documents RGILink User s Guide 6.1 Invoices You will be able to search any of your invoices by using different search criteria. You will be able to see all the information related to your invoices including due date and amount remaining. You can view or print invoice by clicking on invoice number. You can also see all the tickets associated with any invoice by clicking on a circle icon on left of invoice number. You can view or print any ticket by clicking on ticket number. You can also download your invoices data in a comma separated values (CSV) format. 6.2 Statements You can view and print any of your Rogers Group statement by picking a statement date using a calendar. You can click on a Statement from link on left to view the statement. 6.3 Tickets You can search for any of the tickets using different search criteria. You will be able to view one or more tickets using a PDF viewer by selecting one or more tickets using check boxes left of ticket numbers. You can also download all the tickets data in a comma separated values (CSV) format. 15

7. Orders RGILink User s Guide 7.1 Order From Quote You can search all your quotes by using different search criteria. You can place new orders from an existing quote by selecting one or more products from quote and submitting it. You can enter order details on next screen like delivery date and time and numbers of loads or estimated quantity. When you enter number of loads, estimated quantity will be calculated for you and if you enter estimated quantity then the number of loads will be calculated for you. If you want to receive an e-mail or text notification when your order ships, You can check the check boxes for that. You will have option to receive notifications when your first load ships, first and last load ships or all load ships. On successful submission of your orders, You will be see a order confirmation screen with order numbers. You will also receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order details. 17
7.2 Order From Previous Delivery You can place new orders from previous orders. You will be able to search existing orders using different search criteria. In order to create new orders, You can select one or more products from existing orders and submit it to create new orders. You can enter order details on next screen like delivery date and time and numbers of loads or estimated quantity. When you enter number of loads, estimated quantity will be calculated for you and if you enter estimated quantity then the number of loads will be calculated for you. If you want to receive an e-mail or text notification when your order ships, You can check the check boxes for that. You will have option to receive notifications when your first load ships, first and last load ships or all load ships. 18
On successful submission of your orders, You will be see a order confirmation screen with order numbers. You will also receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order details. 19
7.3 Track Delivery You can search for any of the tickets using different search criteria. You will be able to view any ticket using a PDF viewer by clicking on a ticket number. 20
8. Haul 8.1 Truck Turn Times Overview: The Haul Screen allows the vendor to view metrics of their hauling history. This information can be view for all locations or a specific location. You also have the ability to view information for all trucks or for a specific truck, or Job. Truck haul information can be viewed for a specific date range and drilled down to a specific ticket. Selection Criteria: By clicking the down arrow on the RGI Centers drop box, a list of centers that you have hauled will be shown. Click on a given center to show only truck hauls from that center or leave on All Locations for all centers. By clicking the down arrow on the Report Type drop box, you can select the following options: Enter the date range for the truck hauls you wish to view. Dates can be entered in MM/DD/YYYY format or click on the calendar button next to each date and select from the calendar. 21
Click the SEARCH button to return the information to the screen. The screen will return the Total Haul Amt. and Average Haul Rate based on the entered selection criteria. Truck totals will be returned by truck number and transaction date. These totals include Tons, Haul Amount, and number of Loads. You can click the button to the left and view the tickets for that truck for that day By clicking on the underlined Ticket Nbr, you can view the actual ticket. You can get a printed report of your transactions by clicking the Hauler Summary Report button. 22

8.2 Remittance Advice Overview: The Remittance Advice allows the vendor to view their check history. This check history can be viewed for a specific date range and drilled down to a specific invoice. Selection Criteria: Enter the date range for the checks you wish to view. Dates can be entered in MM/DD/YYYY format or click on the calendar button next to each date and select from the calendar. Click the SEARCH button to return the information to the screen. The screen will return a list of all checks within the date range selected. can click the button to the left and view the invoices for that check. You can get a printed report of your transactions by clicking the Remittance Advice Report button. 25
