Two runs this prep have been excellent and the key booking of Bowman is significant. Mossmoney is going pretty well and meets Geemeeup 2kg better and thought Spring Rose didn't go too badly first up and can improve sharply 2-7:30PM FRESHFLOWERS HANDICAP (2800 METRES) Tip: Stealapipe Dangers: Queen Dana, Modest Hero Stealapipe has come up short, never gone beyond 2400m but if he can handle it he looks the one they will need to beat. Queen Dana won a mdn last start over 2600 at Gosford, looks short enough. Modest Hero is about right and She's A Silvertail a chance also. Poor race 3-8:00PM TOYOTA MATERIAL AL HANDLING HANDICAP (1100 METRES) Tip: Foxbat Dangers: Long Shadow Foxbat was very good here on debut here over 1100m when the 15th best performed horse of the day. Looks to be pretty well placed here just has to carry the 59. Cassidy sticks with Long Shadow for Waterhouse, stable should start firing soon. Xandretta resumes, handy form last prep and is one at odds
4-8:30PM SYDNEY BANANA WHOLESALERS HANDICAP (1550 METRES) Tip: Casinoholic (each way) Dangers: Knockabout, Kingdomw, Mottled, EAxcited Prince Casinoholic was unlucky last start when he ended up in a poor spot. Expect that he will be more handy today up in trip and trialed well in the Steps In Time trial on the 17/01. No moral but will be at odds again and worthy of each way bet 5-9:00PM SYDNEY MARKETS LIMITED SPRINT (1100 METRES) Tip: Mecir (each way) Dangers: Shamus, Oompa Loompa Interesting race. Shamus flew first up and a repeat of that effort probably sees him winning here but whether or not he can back that up is a different story, he may be flat? Mecir has been freshened and is back to 1100, he looks the value runner here, the Pentasia/Testarytym form is very good for this. Chiaramonte is ready to win but he may have just bumped into a couple a little better than him here. Oompa Loompa has had two trials, has Rebel Dane form and beat Hawkspur. Could be the smokey 6-9:30PM FRESHMARK HANDICAP (1200 METRES) Tip: Roll The Bones Dangers: Matignon, Segue Roll The Bones showed glimpses last prep but seemed to do a bit wrong and had some issues. Won a trial and looks the likely to push forward which could be the big advantage on other favoured runners. Matignon went forward last start on the heavy but is generally a run on horse. Segue wasn't far from Dark Brown Sugar, does need to drop back 100m 7-10:00PM SYDNEY MARKETS FOUNDATION HANDICAP (1250 METRES) Tip: City Of Light, Rick N Famous Race looks set to be dominated by City Of light and Rich N Famous from the front. City Of Light is going well this campaign, all three runs have been strong and gets his chance here tonight. Rich N Famous has only had the one run for a win, two trials to prepare for this, 54.5kg and a good on pace run

Looks to profile very well here on the map, improves third up and will appreciate 1600. Valedictorians run suggests that he is ready to show his best and might be a saver 2-7:15PM QUEST MOONEE VALLEY PREMIUM HANDICAP (2040 METRES) Tip: Hula Lua Dangers: Manila Jewel, Hidden Message, Genuine Spin Open mares race. Hula Lua won well last start and was only second up at 2000m so one could expect good improvement. Genuine Spin has been thereabouts and rates on top but not by much. Manila Jewel and Hidden Message are live hopes also, hard race. 3-7:45PM PENDRAGON@THINKBIGSTUD NKBIGSTUD HANDICAP (1200 METRES) Tip: Biancon Rose (each way) Dangers: Plucky Belle, Follonica, Embark, Total Attraction Hard race, Plucky Belle can win, Nolen rides (moody has two). Embark resumes, had a close look at her but likely to get caught wide. Biancon Rose could be a good each way runner, drawn well, will be handy to the speed and is good enough. Follonica another good chance and Total Attraction will probably end up too for back?
4-8:15PM ADVANCED MAILING SOLUTIONS HANDICAP (1000 METRES) Tip: The travelling Man Dangers: Planet Voyage, Saturn Rock, The Originator Small field over 10000m. It's easy to make a case for all of these in some way. Saturn Rock resumes and rates well, not sure at the 1000 though? Betting will tell us. Planet Voyage went well fresh for Moody, The Travelling Man resumes and is fast and The Originator resumes for Kavanagh and has only had one run. 5-8:45PM ESSENDON MAZDA 55 SECOND CHALLENGE HEAT 15 (955 METRES) Tip: Galbraith Dangers: Vatican, Nodrems Unfortunately Snitzem is scratched. Vatican is going well and has been back in winning form is SA. Galbraith is always hard to beat in these types of races and will keep fighting on. Nodrems resumes for Smerdon, watch the market for any moves. 6-9:15PM SIMPSON CONSTRUCTION TYPHOON TRACY STAKES (1200 METRES) Tip: Sheza Single Girl (each way) Dangers: Norzita, Angelic Light Norzita resumes, is a last start group 1 winner and looks well placed. Best runs have been at 1400+ though so just mindful this is 1200. Angelic Light wasn't far from Octavia last start, that is pretty solid form, not group 1 form but good enough with the right run. Sheza Single Girl resumes, was 5th beaten 8L by Shamal Wind last start and has faced Angelic Light before. Williams goes on and she is a likely big improver and the value runner 7-9:45PM ADAPT AUSTRALIA TORNEY NIGHT CUP (2500 METRES) Tip: Fiumicino Dangers: Altonio, Readings, You Think So Hard race, old Fiumicino has been going very well, it was a strong edition of the Mornington Cup although he looked well beaten and his Sydney form prior was good. Montgomery hits this race third up, he gets back and runs on. You Think So will be close to the speed he is just a plodder though. Readings was driven mad last start and carried weight. 8-10:15PM MITCHELTON WINES TOUR OF VICTORIA SPRINT FINAL (1200 METRES) Tip: Esprit Rossa Dangers: It IS Written Looks to be a two horse race. Esprit Rossa is the value runner at this stage and no problems backing her. Strong form through Champagne Shisha and Gracie Louise, well weighted and gets a good run midfield for Boss. It Is Written is short but probably a saver, should enjoy a better run from good draw which will be important.
