General terms Exclusive Master Franchise Rights Pressto offers you an exclusive Master Franchise contract for an initial term of 10 years renewable for an additional period of another10 years. This is a license to use Pressto' protected brand name and trade-marks, the rights to develop, operate and sub-franchise Pressto outlets. As such a way, it allows the right to use the accumulate know-how in the form of updated operating systems and last materials.
Preliminary Support General terms Customization of business plan and 5-year financial analysis according to local market variables Pre-entry market research including evaluation of the selected site(s). Initial 3-week training at Pressto HQ and Company-owned outlets for 2 to 4 individuals of the master franchisee staff. Transfer of business concept know-how through initial and on-going training and provision of material, operating manual, software and literature. Supply of development plans and technical support regarding to the customized stores designs, like layouts, building material sample among others.
