RDR Administrative Process
peaksaver Sublicense peaksaver sublicense agreement will be posted on icon portal for download within the next couple of weeks All LDCs participating in the program must download, sign and return sublicense to OPA either via mail or email LDC.Support@powerauthority.on.ca Once signed and returned to OPA, LDCs will have access to marketing materials on Sharepoint. LDC microsites on icon will also be available at this time.
Continuing Participants Only applies to the LDCs that previously were registered in peaksaver One of the terms of the RDR Schedule is the OPA needs the list of all legacy units When creating such a list the LDC must make sure: 1. the right to turn each unit on or off extends through 2011-2014, 2. they have the right to forward the right to turn the device on and off to OPA It is recommended that LDC legal departments review the agreements between the LDC and the participants before compiling the list to make sure these criteria and any others are met. Once the final form for submitting the list is provided to LDCs (expected shortly) the future date for providing the list to OPA will be announced (likely 30-60 days afterwards) More information, including the form, will be provided at upcoming webinars
