Invitation for Bid Main Office Window Replacement Project Description: Port San Luis Harbor District (District) is requesting sealed bids to provide window replacement for the second floor of the Main Office building located at 3950 Avila Beach Drive. Six framed windows and six windows located in the gables which are glass only are to be replaced. The District desires to replace the framed windows with white interior, dark brown exterior, dual glazed windows as specified below. Quotes for both Milgard Tuscany vinyl replacement windows (or equal) and Milgard Quiet Line windows (or equal) are to be provided. The bids are to include the costs of installation, screens, coatings, grids, and removal of the old windows. Opening windows are to be sliding. Windows with grids are to include 5/8 flat interior, between the glass grids. Coatings are to be Dark Graylite 31 and Clear Low-E as noted in the following table. Measurements will need to be verified in person. The rake windows are to be glass only without fames. Currently one of the center rake windows has an air conditioning unit in half of it. The unit is to be removed and the whole section will be replaced with one piece of glass.
