The President s Advisory Council on Women s Issues (PACWI) represents all women at our institution, including frontline workers, residents, students, staff, faculty, alumnae, and administrators. Several years ago PACWI surveyed the campus about the environment at Upstate for women. We instituted several new programs and initiatives in response to those results. We are now sending this survey again to help understand the current environment for women at Upstate and update our plan of action for the coming year.
