Job description Job title: SSRS Reports Developer Grade: 3 Division: Reporting to: Main contacts: ICT CRM Development Manager All AAT teams Major objectives To provide accurate data and statistics within the agreed SLA s for both internal and external customers. To support the data and information needs of the AAT through the continued development and delivery of reports using SSRS. To create and maintain views, stored procedures and functions. To create and monitor scheduled jobs. To work independently but accountable to the entire organisation for all output and collaborative working. Responsibilities SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Manage the CRM SSRS report process, end to end which includes requirements gathering, create and amend reports, and final delivery Analyse and evaluate report requests with the business, making informed decisions and providing guidance regarding requirements, priority and delivery. Suggest alternative ways of meeting those business requirements, working with colleagues to persuade them that the approach is fit for purpose Take full responsibility for the Creation and delivery of accurate CRM SSRS reports to the end user, allowing the business to operate effectively Creating dashboards for CRM users in accordance with their specific requirements Creating and maintaining complex SQL objects such as views, stored procedures, functions, common table expressions and SQL Agent jobs relating to automated processes. Understand the external database tables used (i.e. CRM_additions) and their relationships in order to create effective and efficient reports. fficiently and effectively interrogate the CRM databases and return the requested data in the most suitable format for the business. Frontline CRM support Provide effective CRM phone support to business users, responding to a wide range of queries which will vary in complexity. Diagnose and resolve CRM issues raising any that require further investigation with the CRM Development Manager. Be involved in the creation and maintenance of CRM configuration data.
