OTR itrack TPMS The Translogik Off-the-Road (OTR) itrack Tyre Monitoring System provides fast, accurate, reliable real-time data on the condition of vehicle tyres, combined with live tracking of vehicle location and status. itrack provides a rugged and reliable solution with a range of features that allow mine operators to track their vehicle s tyre temperature and pressure, speed, braking and location in real-time and receive early warning of potential problems or hazards. This live data allows swift remedial action to be taken, which can be the difference between safe mine operation and a major incident. By ensuring the vehicle s tyres are operating within recommended temperature and pressure limits, itrack brings increased levels of safety to both the vehicle drivers and the technicians that work on them. From a commercial perspective, by ensuring that tyres are correctly inflated, tyre life is extended and costly down-time from repairs and intervention is reduced, improving productivity. Alarms trigger when user configurable operational threshold levels, such as tyre temperature, are exceeded, providing early warning of potential tyre or vehicle failure. Translogik itrack browser interface screenshots All data from the itrack system can be monitored remotely, in real-time, from any location with an internet connection via our browser based interface or mobile apps. The resilient Translogik servers reside in a secure offsite data storage centre, with full data backup, powered by a private substation running independently of the national power grid. Emergency power via UPS and diesel generator. i Live tracking of vehicle location Track your vehicles remotely, 24/7. Always know where your vehicles are and how they re performing.

OTR itrack TPMS TKPH Calculation Loaded and unloaded weights can be defined for each vehicle The load and drop areas can be defined using geo-fences Calculated taking into account loaded and unloaded speeds and distances Number of cycles are also counted and reported Geo-Fencing Keep your employees and assets safe. A Geofence is a predetermined area or boundary that is set for a particular vehicle fitted with itrack. If the vehicle crosses that virtual boundary or geofence area, then the tracking software can alert you. The system allows for multiple concurrent geo-fence zones to be defined to ensure that vehicles are only operating in approved areas, further increasing the safety of the mine. Robust, accurate and reliable The itrack system receives information on tyre temperature and pressure from the sensors (for up to 6 wheel positions), displaying it directly to the driver via the in-cab display, whilst simultaneously logging and uploading live data such as braking, vehicle speed, route travelled, fuel consumption and location to a central location via Wi-Fi or GSM. itrack uses the CAN Bus interface, providing the ability to integrate with other vehicle systems. i
Return on Investment: Case Studies Thanks to the real-time information we now have from the itrack system and the control this gives us, we are able to provide a safer environment for our workers, increase the average performance of the tire by about 200 hours, reduce the average time between tyre incidents and failures, and increase the average speed of our trucks by more than 20%, which means that every hour of using the tires is more productive than before, allowing us to increase considerably our production rates from the mine Superintendent of Projects and Development DMH CODELCO, Chile. The same Chilean study demonstrated that running tyres at the correct pressure at all times has saved US$35,000 of fuel per truck per annum. itrack s magnetically mounted sensor makes fitting quick, reliable, and safe.

The Translogik systems are focused on maximising tyres life/usage and encouraging safe working practices. Translogik will offer a data analyst service as part of our solution, which will include reporting potential defects that may result in vehicle failure and potential workforce hazards. We continue to listen to customer feedback which in turn will lead to a continuous development programme of the itrack solution as new/improved technologies become available.
