The individual modules are designed to provide the base VIENNA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY Technology for People Developing Scientific Excellence and Enhancing Comprehensive Competence In this Master Program, it is STRABAG s aim to show the students how to put knowledge into practice when working on highly specialized international projects and how it is possible to establish an interdisciplinary working environment among experts from various different fields. On-the-job training therefore begins already during the period of study. PROGRAM OBJECTIVES/GOALS With the MEng Program the participants acquire knowledge and competence for TARGET GROUP This MEng program is designed to meet the needs of individuals in construction and construction related businesses ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS Admission will be granted to individuals holding an and a good knowledge of English. Individuals holding also be admitted. LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION English FINAL DEGREE Master of Engineering (MEng) DURATION WORKSHOPS Two international workshops (in London and Istanbul) are an essential part of this MEng Program. Within the scope ensure the transfer of essential background information establish contacts with local businesses. FACULTY Successful construction project management depends on very specific skills. Whether we may call it science or art, it is mainly the practical experience we have to pass on to our young colleagues. Lecturers with a broad range of professional experience and rich international background will present their knowledge and discuss real business cases with our students; but also the students will be invited to contribute their topics and views. MEng Program International Construction Project Management Vienna University of Technology Class 2014 2016 PROGRAM START October 27, 2014 LOCATIONS The MEng Program will be held at the Vienna University of Technology. The international workshops are planned in Istanbul and London. DURATION AND TIME SCHEDULE The part-time program is presented in nine modules and two international workshops. A module is generally presented within 6 days (Mon Sat), and a workshop within three days (Wed Fri). Sunday is recommended travel day, as lectures start on Monday at 9:00 am.
