A. ADDENDUM INTRODUCTION The Bank had issued the Request for Qualification (RFQ IDBI/PCell/RFQ/14-15/03dated 16/06/2014) to the bidders. This addendum covers additional information which the Bank considers essential to be furnished to the Bidders to gain a better understanding. Please treat this addendum as an integral part of the RFQ document already issued. All other terms and conditions of the RFQ document dated June 16, 2014 and subsequent Corrigendum/Addendum dated July 09, 2014remain unchanged. It is also hereby clarified that the term SMEs, wherever it appears in the RFQ, Addendum, Annexures and Appendices, should be read as Independent SMEs. Page 3 of 6

The same should be reflected in Annexure 02, Masked Bill of Material in the implementation effort. The bidders must also share the details of the involvement of SMEs during support & sustenance. The Bank reserves the right to interview resources proposed by the bidder and if any of them are found unsatisfactory, the bidder would need to substitute such resources, either through internal or independent agencies, to the Bank s satisfaction. The Bidder should have a formal arrangement with the SME identified for the Project and name of the SME to be specified. Revised clause as per Addendum dated July 09, 2014 Domain Experts/ SMEs: During the implementation, SI must also deploy domain experts/smes for achieving successful implementation of EDW SOLUTION and the Bank requirements. Such independent SMEs must be involved in the use case development & verification, business requirement/system requirement documentation, data model designing & mapping, physicalization of data model, creation &updation of supporting documentation, preparation etc. The independent SME s involvement in the overall implementation, support, sustenance etc. must be at the minimum 10 percent of the total effort being proposed by the SI. The same should be reflected in Annexure 02, Masked Bill of Material in the implementation effort. The bidders must also share the details of the involvement of Independent SMEs during support & sustenance. The resources to be deployed by such independent SMEs must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in one or more Banking areas such as Credit, Treasury, Risk, Retail, and CRM (including ACRM).The Bank reserves the right to interview the resources of the independent SMEs proposed by the bidder and if any of them are found unsatisfactory, the bidder would be required to substitute such resources to the Bank s satisfaction. The Bidder should have a formal arrangement with such Independent SMEs (document to be submitted) identified for the Project and name of the independent SMEs need to be specified.
