WHAT YOU LL NEED BEFORE HEADING TO THE BARRE PREPARE FOR CLASS! We strongly recommend that trainees purchase and practice with the Core Fusion DVD s (Body Sculpt, Pilates Plus and Barre Basics) before the course begins. DVD s are available for sale at www.exhalespa.com for $19.99 each. We also recommend that trainees take at least 20 Core Fusion Barre classes at exhale (prices vary by market) OR participate in 20 Core Fusion Barre classes on Yogavibes.com (for $20 per month) within three months of the course beginning to maximize their experience. ROOM REQUIREMENTS A room of a minimum of 1,000 sq. ft. A clean baseboard all the way around so that the wall meets the floor unobstructed by heaters, conduit, protruding electrical boxes, or thick molding. A wood or carpeted floor. Ideally two of the four walls mirrored (optional but desired). A solid wooden barre of 3 diameter attached to the wall with sturdy iron or stainless steel brackets with the ability to withstand extreme pressure from students bracing in various postures and positions. Props should include: mats, hand weights from 1 to 8 lbs, 7.5 inch play ground balls, stretch belts, and yoga blocks. A sound system that offers clean, crisp sound with efficient speaker coverage. Digital sound performance that is supported by a wireless microphone system is preferred. A place for participants to store personal belongings either inside or outside the classroom. PRICING BREAKDOWN 40-hour Barre Teacher Training (module 1+2) $1995 (includes materials+certification) Discount for over 15 participants $1700/student All travel expenses for teachers are extra costs. This includes flight, hotel, meals and ground transportation (car or cab). Estimated cost per teacher per weekend is $1200 (8 trainee minimum) 20-hour Barre Teacher Training (module 3) $995 Must have completed and been certified in the 40-hour Barre Teacher Training (Module 1 + 2) Annual Re-Certification If students DO NOT do Module 3 training and only take written exam $300 If students take Module 3 training, the $300 is waived and it is the Module 3 cost $995 Other class style 10-12 hour certifications (Core Fusion Yoga, Cardio, Boot Camp, Sport, Barre+Cardio) $500 each Ongoing Support Access to training videos $25 per month Phone consultation with a trainer $100/hr Video review of a trainee s class $300 Visitation to a trainee s studio (plus all expenses associated) $500/day Certification Participants will receive 40-hour teaching program and materials.
