GSA SmartPay 2010 Conference Citibank Custom Reporting System (CCRS) Cycle based Reporting Mini Session

12 th Annual GSA SmartPay Conference Atlanta, GA August 10 12, 2010

Goals and Objectives This course is designed to assist you in achieving the following objectives: Provide instruction on how to create Cycle based reporting using Citibank Custom Reporting System (CCRS).

Introduction CCRS is accessed via CitiManager Applications Each entitlement/hierarchy is a separate link to CCRS and provides access at that level. Use one session of CCRS at a time and be sure to LOGOFF of CCRS instead of closing the window. Cycle Based Reporting allows users to subscribe to a report based on cycle days by processor and globally. Users do not need to select a start and end date when establishing a cycle based subscription. The report is automatically triggered when the data is loaded for a specified cycle. The report results are saved in the user s History List for quick access. Once the report run is completed, the cycle subscription will follow the same functions as the existing load complete subscription (i.e. export options, unsubscribe, etc ). Subscriptions run by file post date so weekends and holidays follow BAU rules for each processor.
