Increased attractiveness and competitiveness We want to make our shopping centres rich in experiences, where people enjoy spending time. We actively develop them via (re)developments or extensions and continuously expand and reinvent our service offering for enhanced visitor comfort. We invest in (re)developments of approx. EUR 150 million p.a. on average. Our ongoing development pipeline amounts to approximately EUR 260 million, and including the future pipeline to approximately EUR 540 million.
