Exterior Construction Materials: The main exterior walls are cast concrete and concrete block.the entry wall is storefront window walls, with tile wall panels, with a stucco soffi t.the entry canopy is stucco with built up tar and gravel roof. Curb and perimeter roof areas use a #90 minerla surface roll roof. The side walls have a stone veneer. No other suspect materials were noted at the store entry areas. The stucco, roof cements, #90 mineral roof contain asbestos. Positive ACM at Site: All 12x fl oor tile in aisles and below gondolas and cases. Drywall joint compounds in older applications. Older TSI on water lines. Wall panel mastics. Exterior stucco at walls and soffi t. Roof cements and #90 roofi ng.
