1. Login At the website of Tung Shing Securities (Brokers) Limited, http://www.tsbrokers.com Choose Trading Platforms from the top menu, then select HK Stock and press Netrading. OR Choose e-trading from the left column menu, then select HK Stock, and press Netrading. Updated on 22 Jun 2012 2

2. Order Placing Choose the Buy button for buy ticket and Sell button for sell ticket. Input the order details: Stock Code, Order Price, Order Quantity and Order Type. Press the Proceed button for submission. Updated on 22 Jun 2012 4
2. Order Placing Important Notices Client can review the order status on the Orders page. Client should ensure that the order details are correct. The status of Host Registered under Order Status field means that the order has been placed in the market at the order price or put in its price queue, where applicable. Please ensure there is sufficient cash balance in your account for the buy order, otherwise the system will reject the order. Please ensure there is sufficient stock in your account for the sell order, otherwise the system will reject the order. The system does not accept AO orders. Updated on 22 Jun 2012 5
3. Enquiry on Order Status On the Orders page, client can review individual orders from the Order Status. There are four types of order status. Queuing - The order has been placed in a queue in the market. Pending - The order has been input to and properly taken by the system but pending to be placed to the market. Fully Matched - The order has been fully executed. Cancelled - The order has been cancelled. Updated on 22 Jun 2012 6
4. Modify and Cancel an Order Modify an Order Go to Order page. Highlight the order and press Amend button. Enter the new order details in the order ticket. Press Proceed button. 5. Previous Transactions Client can review the transactions in the previous three months by using the TXN. History page. The transactions are displayed in chronological order. Updated on 22 Jun 2012 8
6. Account Balances & Positions Client can review account balances & positions, securities holdings, margin positions and other account information on the A/C Portfolio page. Client can also review cash transactions in the past three months on the Cash Movement page. Updated on 22 Jun 2012 9
7. Change Password Client can change the login password on the Others page. Type the old password and enter the new password twice consecutively & correctly. Press Submit button. Updated on 22 Jun 2012 10
8. Fund Deposit and Withdrawal Client can submit fund deposit or withdrawal requests as follows:- Go to function bar and select Cash In / Out. Fill in the details on the Cash Deposit / Withdrawal Money Voucher and press Submit button.
