SCOPE OF CONFERENCE The 5th Bi-Annual Fats, Oils and Grease Conference & Training is the only one of its kind in the south eastern part of the United States. It is the most comprehensive educational opportunity and will be attended by an estimated 200 FOG Inspectors, Environmental CODE Officers, Water & Wastewater Operators, Storm Water workers, Environmental Health, Plumbers, Waste Transporters, Grease Trap Pumpers, and many others in the field of Fats, Oils and Grease. This training will also provide 12 CE points for those with State of Georgia Licenses as Analyst or Operators for Water & Wastewater. Over the three day period, this conference will host a vast group of professionals seeking to exchange knowledge and share ideas and concerns about Fats, Oils and Grease in their field of work. The course is designed to help those beginning a Fats, Oils and Grease Program and also help existing professionals enhance their own FOG program. If you are in Water & Wastewater, CODE Enforcement, Storm Water or another field, this conference can help teach you about the issues that arise with Fats, Oils and Grease and how it can affect the work you perform. This year s Conference & Training will be located at the James H. Rainwater Conference Center in Valdosta, Georgia. The James H. Rainwater Conference Center is located in the southern part of Georgia and has many places within driving distance that you can visit after a long day of training.
