Internal Sales Recruiter Role Description Purpose Source, recruit and induct the required employees for your territory, with emphasis on sales recruitment, according to the recruitment plan of the organisation, in a timely, cost effective way. Belongs within: Reports to: Recruitment Team Chief Revenue Officer Direct Reports: 0 Responsibilities Work closely with hiring managers across the different areas of the business within your territory to meet their recruitment needs, translating this into appropriate resourcing activity and keeping them updated throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to create eye-catching and engaging visual materials to support your recruitment promotional activity. Publish and promote job adverts across multiple verticals (Networking, Social Media, Online Media, Job Boards etc), using your creativity and network to lower costs. Directly source candidates through social media and CV databases, approaching them in a consultative, engaging manner in order to nurture both passive and active candidates. Continuously network, both online and offline, with industry experts and local talent in order to promote the brand, engage with potential candidates and grow a talent pool for future vacancies. Manage the relationship with selective agencies for hard-to-fill roles, minimizing usage and cost at every opportunity. Arrange and lead interviews via telephone, video conference and face-to-face, ensuring adequate records are made and maintained. Conduct the full cycle of recruitment administration activities, including data input, candidate communication, feedback and reporting, ensuring that our candidate experience is as exceptional as our brand. Create and update relevant recruitment documentation to adapt to the changing needs of the business, sharing your successes with your wider Recruitment Team. Take ownership for the preparation of new starters arrival into the business, working collaboratively with the Technology Team and the hiring manager to include equipment, log-ins and required access for their role. Conduct inductions for new starters, ensuring a smooth and welcoming on-boarding process is performed, following up with routine reviews to monitor staff satisfaction.
Requirements: Strong experience within the recruitment industry, in-house or agency, ideally within the IT and/or Digital sectors An established social network and reputation within the recruitment industry Proven ability to source, engage and on-board high quality hires Experience in recruiting creatively, using out-of-the-box ideas to attract and source applicants at minimal cost Able to write creatively and in line with the SaleCycle tone in order to attract talent across various platforms Person Specification: Has a genuine desire to place the right candidate into the right role, intuitively understanding exactly what is needed in each requirement Is tenacious in the search for the right candidates with a hunter mentality, and has the motivation and drive to contribute to the success of the business Be process driven with excellent organisational skills in order to balance and prioritize a number of vacancies, candidates and campaigns at any given time Holds strong, confident communication and presentation skills with the ability to network in a professional manner Is switched on and proactive to the changing trends and landscape of recruitment Holds a strong team ethic with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people
