The radionuclide spectrum from a similar ILW stream has been used to identify which nuclides are likely to be present, enabling indicative codes to be specified for a number of nuclides. The likely presence and significance of specific nuclides has been deduced by analysis of another waste stream arising from similar sources. (PS1 (35/05391) this is a current ILW stream from the analytical labs). This will be confirmed and quantified when this lab has been characterised as part of the decommissioning project.
