GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) 4. Voice Communication Our BF-16 Tracking Units state of the art equipment marketed all over Pakistan. Black Box (Pvt.) Limited is the only company in Pakistan, which uses all three platforms for tracking and facilitation of various services to our valued clients. The use of multiple GSM platforms facilitates prompt response from the vehicle and also provides a back-up support. SMS (Short Messaging Service): SMS is the platform wherein small packets of data are transferred back and forth. This is a basic service provided by mobile phone service providers and is used to transmit a request to the BF-16 TRACKING UNIT for location / status of the vehicle. The information received is catered as per defined SOPs. With the help of SMS, only the most recent or current location of a vehicle is determined with a time laps.
