3 1 PRODUCT INTRODUCTION 1.1 Overview TT02, a powerful GPS/GSM/GPRS vehicle tracking device, is desirable for professional fleet management and individual vehicle security purpose. It comes with the features of built in memory for data buffer, harsh-weather and shock resistant PCB design, multiple inputs and outputs plus the user-friendly web software. Simply on a computer with internet connection, users can not only track and trace, monitor vehicles as immobilizing vehicle, voice monitoring, fuel consumption monitoring and etc, but also export the comprehensive reports whenever necessary. What s more, users can get the exact location info by sending a SMS command to the tracker when they are not at the computer. Sending SMS via mobile phone to arm or disarm vehicles and/or programming alarms sent to users mobile phones keeps users informed of any critical situation in a timely way. 10 2.5. Hand free/monitor microphone: 2 Pin connector F SOS button: Emergency Help Request Device Setup: I) Connect ACC and power cable, switch on power supply. Make sure SIM card put in properly. II) Check LED status Make sure device is successful powered on LED Flash every 3 seconds LED off Flash every 0.2 second Description Device working No power in or ACC not connected. Data start transmission 3. SMS SETUP Once the GPS device is connected to vehicle properly, please send text command to activate it by sending below text command: (4U,,,,,,SIM CARD NUMBER IN THE TRACKER) Note: The SIM card number must be 11 digits E.G. if the SIM card in the tracker is , users need to include the country code 61 to make it 11 digits in the text command) e.g (4U,,,,,, ) Feedback: DONE! 11 4. TRACKING VIA SMS it starts to work. 13 5.5. Live Tracking Click, choose, check the vehicle you need to track, then you will see it on the map and info below the map Tips: 1. Vehicle icon : Location is not precise, when there is no GPS signal, or poor signal : Vehicle is running, precise location Vehicle is at 0km/hr, ACC off or on, precise location : Warning with alarm info as SOS, out /in geofence area, overspeeding etc. 2. Vehicle Info Right click the vehicle icon on the map, a window as left shows up Click Location To get the device send current location immediately Click Location To enter text info and send to handset phone (Optional) Click Camera To get GPS take a photo of the inside vehicle and upload image.(optional) 5.6. 15 History route shows on the map: Tips: To speed up playback, static track points, i.e data with 0km/hr and non-precise location points are not uploaded from server as default setting Max 24 hours past data can be played back each time. History record can be exported to excel file by clicking 5.7. Geofence setting To restrict vehicle running in a defined area, users can set up geofence area. Geofence area can be in rectangular or multi-vertex Maximum 20 geofence areas can be set up Set up Geofence area: Click, then choose and click A setup window comes up. 16 Check the status of set up After 30 seconds, please refresh the webpage and get back to setting has been successful to check if the Setup Geofence alarm Click, then choose and click Check the vehicle and set the device when to send geofence alarm. 18 First users need to click Then click Next check the vehicle to set the parameters Last select the and save Listen in phone number setting / / In above example, when calls made to the tracker from the mobile number , user can monitor the voice around the tracker without being notified by people there Speed limit setting / / In above example, when vehicle running over 80km/hr, it will send speeding alarm to the website and/or users designated mobilephone Tracking interval setting / / The default tracking interval is 60 seconds. 19 Engine Control This is to remotely immobilize vehicles. We suggest the function be used when vehicle is stationery or at very low speed. We shall not be liable for any abuse of the function. / / Cancel alarming / / Power saving setting / Note: The time here is in seconds. In above example, the tracker will automatically stop sending data to server after ACC is off for 10 seconds, as the GSM and GPS module will not work during the power saving period. When ACC is on again, the tracker will resume sending data Sleep mode setting / / This is to know when and how long vehicle is stationery, ie. Verhice engine is on, but speed is 0. In above setting, when vehicle is at 0km/hr with ACC for 10 min, sleep mode begins and in 20 min, its time out. This vehicle status will show in the GPRS reatlme tracking data and reports available Default setting Sleep start time: 5min Timeout: 25 min T: E:sales@tracking-tracing.com.au 19/23

20 Mileage setting Users can choose to upload or not upload mileage to server, and clear previous mileage to restart mileage recording. Default setting is to upload mileage and keep previous record Snapshot setting Users can install multiple cameras in the vehicle (as different channels) and set the tracker to take and upload photos to the web when in emergency or vehicle status changes Other settings Call restriction and setup driver access is applicable to optional handset phone SMS Alarm setting Alarms are sent to website but they can be sent to your designated cellphone as well to be informed of critical status of vehicle even when not at computer Click Info manager/vehicle manger T: /23

21 Check the vehicle ID, choose and input the cellphone number that will receive the alarms and choose the SOS info to be sent to the cellphone.
