Executive Summary Exemplar Global, Inc. (Exemplar) will deliver a complete career pathway solution to those seeking professional recognition via internationally recognized certification and credentialing programs. Coined as the Career Pathway, Exemplar now offers a streamlined approach to professional recognition including certification, continuing professional development (CPD) and assistance with career specialization. The use of upfront information, assessments and resources will assist professionals to assess their own core competencies and attributes to find the career path that is best suited to their aspirations. Tools previously only available during the certification process will now be supplied as a self-guided discovery process, allowing professionals to make informed decisions about their career journey. Additionally, Exemplar will provide more value to certified professionals through industry insurance, magazines, newsletters and CPD programs designed to develop careers, work experience and ongoing education. Additional credential management, membership and research projects will be built and delivered as Exemplar enters new global markets. Exemplar offers more than just certification. Corporate Team the corporate face of the organization s vision and mission: Corporate Management team CEO Peter Holtmann President & CEO Peter is passionate about being a global leader of an organization that wants to drive innovation and inspire communities with passion for a cause, vision and mission. He uses excellent risk management processes to manage programs on a global scale from the highest levels of governance to the daily pursuits of individuals. Peter has more than 15 years of experience in the service and manufacturing industries, a decade in the certification industry and five years as the president and chief executive officer of Exemplar Global, Inc. Peter enjoys presenting the technological and philosophical credentialing requirements of the industries he has chosen to engage with to audiences. Peter has worked in numerous scientific roles for blue chip companies before making the move to regulatory pursuits. He transitioned his career to that of a lecturer, consultant, adviser, media presence, and risk and crisis expert to the quality industry. Today, Peter travels the world espousing the virtues of competent personnel, value of credentials, and importance of addressing risk through capability frameworks. Motivation is everything, passion is essential, commitment is not an option, and leadership is an expression of these ingredients. 10 Exemplar Global

Operations Brian Weeks Vice President Operations Brian is the newly appointed vice president of operations at Exemplar, responsible for implementation of the business plan and attainment of the corporate vision. Brian has extensive international experience in senior commercial and functional roles ranging from global multinational organisations to supporting indigenous business leaders in East Arnhem Land in northern Australia. Brian guides the individual business leaders to drive focused performance and results in pursuit of the organization s aspirational goals. Brian is a graduate of the Sydney University Law School, specialising in labour relations and is also a graduate of the Mount Eliza Australian Business College. Finance Judy Hardie Chief Financial Officer Judy is the chief financial officer at Exemplar and is responsible for all financial, statutory and taxation reporting within the United States and Australia. Judy joined the company in July 2013 with more than 20 years of corporate accounting experience, spending the last decade as a finance manager. Her previous employers were U.S.-based global health care organisations. As head of the finance team, Judy manages all company accounting functions, including budgeting and forecasting processes, cash flow, payroll, debtor control, supplier payments and insurances, while ensuring compliance with all legal and not-for-profit standards. Judy has a Certificate IV in financial services. Marketing Rebecca Hackney Marketing Manager Rebecca is the newly appointed marketing manager at Exemplar, responsible for implementation of the corporate marketing business plan to attain the corporate mission. Rebecca has extensive marketing management experience in senior commercial and functional roles, spanning international and local organisations, including some of Australia s largest retail brands. Specialising in strategic marketing, Rebecca has delivered significant results to many brands through the effective use of corporate programs within the medical, retail and asset management industries. In her role as marketing manager, Rebecca will consolidate the company s marketing and communications efforts to formalise the customer experience across existing company channels. Guidance and mentoring will be provided to the individual business leaders to drive focused marketing performance in order to support company results. Rebecca is currently completing her Master of Marketing with Monash University and her MBA with University of Western Sydney. Exemplar Global 11

Support consistent communication by taking ownership of internal communications. Certification Management Monique Inman General Manager Certification Monique is the general manager of global operations for Exemplar Global. She is responsible for the achievement of business activities and financial targets for certification services, including overseeing personnel and training certification activities, exam-development processes, and ensuring that certification products are developed, delivered, and maintained in accordance with technical requirements and customer service standards. Monique also oversees Exemplar Global s quality management system and ISO 17024 accreditation activities. Monique has more than 13 years experience in the conformity assessment industry and extensive experience managing global projects; facilitating cohesive teams; interfacing with public, private, and government agencies; and liaising with key stakeholders. Prior to joining Exemplar Global, she served as a service consultant for Employment Solutions Inc., a Wisconsin-based health and human services agency. Monique has a bachelor s degree in human services and a master s degree in business administration. 12 Exemplar Global

Business Development Management Edward Balfour Business Development Manager Edward is the business development manager at Exemplar. He is responsible for ensuring all products and services are designed, developed and delivered to the market to meet the needs of each dynamic industry serviced by the organisation. Additionally, Edward oversees all personnel and training certification services to ensure they are delivered to the highest technical requirements and customer service standards. Exemplar Global 13

inarte Exemplar Global inarte: certification for telecommunications engineers FY2016 Focus Continue to grow the customer base through deploying smarter solutions to meet the business challenges. Deliver a point of difference. inarte Management Sal Agnello General Manager inarte Sal is the manager for inarte at Exemplar. His responsibilities include global strategy, business development and new products for the inarte certification business. Sal has more than 20 years experience in management, sales, marketing, strategic planning, and product development for major technical services corporations such as Johnson Controls, Wisconsin Energy, and Invensys, as well as the American Society for Quality. Sal served as an officer in the U.S. Army in the areas of engineering operations and logistics. He has also taught as an adjunct instructor at Marian University and the Rader School of Business at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Sal earned his bachelor s degree from Marquette University and holds Master s Degrees in both political science and business from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He also completed the Executive Marketing Management Program at Columbia University in New York. 14 Exemplar Global
