Installing the LotusLive TM Package for Salesforce.com Before you install Make sure that Team Selling and Account Teams are enabled. To enable Team Selling: Select Setup > Customize > Opportunity > Opportunity Team Selling > Enable Team Selling (with default options). To enable Account Teams: Select Setup > Customize > Accounts > Account Teams > Enable Account Teams (with default options). Installing the LotusLive package 1. Log in at http://www.lotuslive.com/salesforce. 2. Click Continue to start the installation. 3. Click Next to approve package API access. 4. Select the security level, and then click Next. Note: You can select security settings on this screen, such as whom you want to grant access. 5. Click Install with default options.
6. Click Deploy Now to deploy the package immediately. 7. Click Deploy. Upon completion of the deployment, the Package Details screen displays.
After the installation LotusLive for Salesforce.com Perform the following steps to assign LotusLive page layouts and to customize the View link for the Opportunity page. 1. Perform the following steps for the Opportunity page: a) Select Setup > Customize > Opportunity > Page Layout. b) Click Page Layout Assignments. c) Click the Edit Assignment button. d) Highlight each profile that you want to use with LotusLive, and then select LL_OpportunityLayout from the Page Layout to Use menu. e) Click Save.
2. Perform the following steps for the Event page layouts: a) Select Setup > Customize > Activities > Event Page Layouts. b) Click Page Layout Assignments. c) Click Edit Assignment.
d) Highlight each profile that you want to use with LotusLive, and then select LL_Event_Layout from the Page Layout to use menu. e) Click Save. 3. Perform the following steps to customize the View link for the Opportunity page: a) Select Setup > Customize > Opportunity > Buttons and Links. b) Select Override for the View label.
c) Select Visualforce page for the Content Type. d) Select LL_Opportunity [IBM LL_Opportunity] for the Content Name. e) Click Save. 4. Perform the following steps to customize Remote Site Settings: a) Select Setup > Security Controls > Remote Site Settings b) Click New Remote Site. c) Populate Remote Site Name: LotusLive, Remote Site URL: https:// apps.lotuslive.com d) Click Save 5. Perform the following steps to customize the View link for the LotusLive Meeting Report object: a) Select Setup > Create > Objects > LotusLive Meeting Reports. b) Scroll down to Standard Buttons and Links c) Select Override for the View label.
d) Select Visualforce page for the Content Type. e) Select LL_MeetingReport [IBM LL_MeetingReport] for the Content Name. f) Click Save.
Removing the LotusLive package Before you uninstall Perform the following steps to remove the LotusLive-specific settings. 1. Perform the following steps for the Opportunity page: a) Select Setup > Customize > Opportunity > Page Layout. b) Click Page Layout Assignments. c) Click Edit Assignment. d) Highlight each profile that uses LL_OpportunityLayout, and then select a different layout from the Page Layout to Use menu. e) Click Save. 2. Perform the following steps for the Event page layouts: a) Select Setup > Customize > Activities > Event Page Layouts. b) Click Page Layout Assignments. c) Click Edit Assignment. d) Highlight each profile that uses LL_Event_Layout, and then select a different layout from the Page Layout to Use menu. e) Click Save. 3. Perform the following steps to reset the View link for the Opportunity page: a) Select Setup > Customize > Opportunity > Buttons and Links. b) Click Reset for the View label.
Uninstalling the LotusLive package 1. Select Setup > View Installed Packages. 2. Click Uninstall next to LL_Install package. 3. Select Yes, I want to uninstall this package and permanently delete all associated components, and then click Uninstall. Note: After you uninstall, an e-mail is sent to confirm the removal of the package. After you uninstall (optional) The following steps are optional. If you use Team Selling and Account Teams for other activities, then disabling is not required for the uninstallation of the LotusLive package. To disable Team Selling: Select Setup > Customize > Opportunity > Opportunity Team Selling > Disable Team Selling (with default options). To disable Account Teams: Select Setup > Customize > Accounts > Account Teams > Disable Account Teams (with default options).
