GENERAL INFORMATION This test is open to AKC approved breeds only.. Entries will be limited to 6 TDX entries. The 1 st 2 tracks will be designated in a special draw for those workers having certificates of prior WSOTC work per AKC & WSOTC procedures. Entries will be accepted until the official closing date, even though the advertised limit has been reached. If entry limits are exceeded, a drawing will be held on WEDNESDAY, November 18 th, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., at the home of Marta Brock, 9401 Blomberg St. Olympia, WA, 360-705-2971 to determine which entries will participate. The drawing shall be completely random. However, preference for entry in the TDX test will be given to those dogs that have not yet earned an AKC TDX title. When the advertised limit has been drawn, all remaining entries, subject to the same preferences set forth in the preceding paragraph, shall be assigned a position on an alternate list corresponding to the order in which they are drawn. Alternates, based on the Catalog order, who are present at the test site at the time of the Track drawing, will be used to replace absent dogs. Alternates not used will receive full refund of entry fees shortly after the test. WSOTC will also refund the entry fees to any confirmed entrant who does not participate in the test provided that the Test Secretary is notified prior to the Day of the Test and provided an alternate entry participates in the test as a result of the withdrawal.. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS will be by phone, mailed or emailed by the Test Secretary after the closing of entries if the address is included in the entry. The Secretary will respond to email requests to confirm that entries are received. Please make sure your email address is readable in your entry form! TDX TEST All TDX entries must have passed an AKC TD or TDU test. Confirmed entries for the TDX test must be at the Test HQ by 10:00 AM, Sunday, December 6, 2015 at which time there will be a drawing for tracks for each dog entered. In the event of any absentees among the confirmed entries, the next alternate in catalog order who is present will be allowed to fill the vacancy. Field cover: Prairie grasses, woods, gravel roads, may be water, wildlife, military operations/equipment and other personnel using areas. BITCHES IN SEASON may participate subject to the provision set forth in Chapter 2, Section 8 of the AKC Tracking Regulations, effective February 1, 1998. REFRESHMENTS will be provided on the morning of the test. A no-host lunch will be served for all exhibitors and spectators, and prizes awarded following completion of the TDX test at the TDX test site. PRIZES: A plaque with the dog s track will be offered to all dogs passing this test.

AGREEMENT I(we) acknowledge that the "Rules Applying to Dog Shows" and, the "Regulations for Agility Trials" have been made available to me(us), and that I am(we are) familiar with their contents. I(we) waive any and all claims and causes of action, I(we) might otherwise have against the AKC and any AKC approved judge, judging at this trial, under AKC rules, regulations and guidelines. I(we) agree that the club holding this agility trial has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem to be sufficient. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition: Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogs which, according to their owners records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Championship in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in the premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner, it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his/her name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to AKC. (For complete rules, refer to Chapter 11, Section 3.)
