1 Business Internet Banking service application procedure To apply for Business Internet Banking service, please follow the steps below: Step 1: Complete the board resolution/mandate. Step 2: Complete the Business Internet Banking application form. Please note the following while filling in the application form: Section 1: Section 2: Section 3: Section 4: Section 5: Fill in all parts as required. Select the appropriate Authority Type. Fill in your company s account number. Please note the fees. Indicate the maximum daily limit for the account. Opt for estatement service. Section 6: Sign the declaration. ALL authorised signatories in Part 2 of the board resolution/mandate are required to sign the declaration. Section 4: Daily authorisation limit Subscription: Free A cancellation fee of S$50 will apply if the service is cancelled within six months of registering for Business Internet Banking We authorise the bank to debit the following HSBC account for fees in respect of the Business Internet Banking service: Rates not inclusive of prevailing GST or charges incurred for delivery or replacement of security devices. By setting a daily authorisation limit, your primary user(s) will be able to freely delegate authorisation to other users of Business Internet Banking as long as the limits set below are not breached. Please consider appropriate internal controls and measures in the context of the organisation s operating environment. You may refer to our security guide to assist you. Please one only: Daily combined cash authorisation limit: S$500,000 Set daily combined cash authorisation limit to S$ (Maximum S$5 million only) Please note that for Documentary Credit applications and amendments, you are free to authorise any amount subject to your facility limit. Section 5: estatement subscription As a Business Internet Banking user, you will have automatic subscription to our estatement service where you will receive your company s monthly statement(s) of account(s) electronically. If you wish to unsubscribe from this service, please tick the following box: I/We would like to unsubscribe from the estatement service and receive paper statement(s) of account(s) for my/our company instead. NOTE: ALL AMENDMENTS MUST BE COUNTERSIGNED BY ALL AUTHORISED SIGNATORIES AS PER SECTION 6 OF THE APPLICATION FORM. ALL SIGNATORIES MUST MATCH SPECIMEN SIGNATURES IN OUR BANK RECORDS. If the appointed primary user is currently not an authorised signatory for banking transactions, copies of the NRIC/passport of the primary user and his/her signature must be certified by an HSBC branch and forwarded to the Bank with this application form.
