MAT 75 STRUCTURAL SUPPORT SYSTEM A GROUP COMPANY
Structural Support Applications
About the Mat 75 System For decades, Mabey Bridge & Shore has served the international construction community by providing safe, reliable and cost-effective structural and excavation support products and engineering services. MAT 75 remains among the most adaptable support systems available today. The MAT 75 system from Mabey Bridge & Shore is rigid and robust, making it ideally suited for heavy-duty falsework, temporary bridge piers, access platforms and bridge support projects. The basic column units of the MAT 75 system can be braced together with standard members at either 5 ft. or 10 ft. centers. Each column can support loads of up to 165 kips. Mabey Bridge & Shore offers PE certified plans in addition to our expert service.

Plain Spherical Header Plate (HMSH) The spherical plates are comprised of two halves. The upper half of the spherical plate can rotate 5 degrees in any direction and has three holes equally spaced on a 7.09 diameter circle. The bottom half contains a hole matching the top-half pattern. Drilled Spherical Header Plate This header plate is similar to the plain spherical plate, but contains two additional countersunk holes drilled into the lower half of the plate. These extra holes allow the jack to accomodate horizontal jacking applications.
