Become an expert on our product, confidently and consultatively presenting to new and existing Partner Companies (and their clients) Leverage partner relationships to generate sales leads for the US Sales team to close Pack your day full of new partner opportunities to charm and engage with key players in the market Utilize your charismatic networking skills to maximize all suitable opportunities to open new revenue channels Establish, manage and grow US partner relationships, advising and educating, problem solving and trouble-shooting when the need arises It is essential that you Come with demonstrable enterprise-level channel success, within a results driven environment Be established within partner / channel networks, with a network of potential relationships ready to explore Be a charming and compelling networker, able to quickly source openings for SaleCycle within the partner channel Have a good awareness of the digital industry along with knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) Have the organisational skills to balance and prioritize numerous prospects, keeping everyone happy and engaged with our brand Are also a committed team player, able to integrate easily into our close-knit environment We value our team. US Partnerships Manager Role Description Purpose Contribute to the success of the business by networking your way into SaleCycle s partner channel, opening doors into a greater number of enterprise level brands (top 250 US online retailers). Provide key contact services to existing partners, opening new partnerships and problem solving when the need arises. Belongs within: Reports to: Sales Team US Chief Revenue Officer, Americas Direct Reports: 0 Responsibilities Establish, manage and consistently develop relationships with key partners across Affiliate, Email Service Provider, Agency and Ecommerce Technology Providers, throughout Europe, to the commercial benefit of our business. Through consistent relationship management, build a strong partner network of the right type of brands (targeting similar size businesses). Consult, negotiate and facilitate our partnership network increasing our influence and reputation in the market. Identify and generate opportunities from within our partner network, leveraging the partner relationship to ensure client leads are qualified and at the enterprise level. Become an expert in SaleCycle s product, process and goals in order to effectively deliver product demonstrations on our service and system functionality. Provide support to our Partner Network acting as the conduit to other areas within the business, problem solving when necessary and ensuring the relationship is maintained. Requirements: Demonstrable experience of successful relationship attainment in a target / revenue driven enterprise level, B2B environment. Be an established part of the partner / channel networks (Affiliate Network, ESP, Agency), with the ability to tap into existing relationships quickly Be a charming and compelling networker, able to quickly source openings for SaleCycle within the partner channel and maximize your own established network A solid and up to date understanding of ecommerce Proven experience of working with major online brands and their suppliers Knowledge of the digital industry, with preferred experience in the benefits of Software as a Service and/or re-marketing
