2 Staffing organizations want to build bridges to the business and bring their business partners into the hiring process. Jobvite helps in this way like no other channel. As a coffee and beverage distributor recognized across the world, the company hasn t had much difficulty hiring dedicated to staff the company s stores worldwide. A household name in almost every country, the company built a massive social media following (including over 65,000 followers on their Twitter Jobs page and 35 million likes on Facebook) and began posting job openings in Four years later, the company s recruiting strategy is stronger than ever, with online campaigns a major focus of hiring and outreach efforts. The company s manager of global talent sourcing strategy and the HR team decided to explore a new digital pathway to supplement their current recruiting strategy and began experimenting with Jobvite applications. That includes positions behind the scenes, such as IT, finance, and marketing. Everyone knows that we hire people who work in our stores, but very few understand that we do all of our own store design, we manage the supply chain from where we find and buy materials directly and then send them to stores, the talent sourcing manager says.
