User Manual Generali Mobile application iphone и Android 1. MOBILE APPLICATION INSTALLMENT Generali Mobile application can be used after installation from the application markets Play Store (Android) and App Store (ios). https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=bg.generali.android https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/generali.bg/id796623933?mt=8 Internet access is needed for installation of the Mobile application. Last version of the application has to be downloaded. The application has Bulgarian and English version. Log in is possible through username and password. 2. LOGIN AND REGISTRATION Registration is needed after downloading the application and opening it for first time. The registration process is different and it depends if the user has active policy in Generali Insurance. Both registration types have two stages: Enter valid email address Enter mobile phone number Enter password Receiving sms code Enter received sms and the rest of the required information, for successful completing of the registration Registration of user without policy in Generali Insurance If registration of user without active policy, the field I have active policy in Generali should not be marked. If after registration without active policy, you conclude insurance in Generali Insurance, you can edit the policy number and you will receive full access to Mobile application. Go to screen My profile and enter policy number in required field, then click on Update. Registration of user with active policy in Generali Insurance If registration of user with active policy, the field I have active policy in Generali should be marked. An additional field will be visualized, where the policy number must be entered in the way it is written in the policy. The rest required data must be entered as well. Registered users log in Mobile application with username (email address) and password. Generali gives the opportunity for saving the password for the user to be logged in automatically. 3. 4. CLAIMS REGISTERED THROUGH THE MOBILE APPLICATION 4.1. Claims in Casco Family and Business Casco To register claim all required data should be filled in all steps. The pictures of damaged vehicle have to be obligatory uploaded. The customer, who filled in the claim s registration form, will receive claim s number in real time. After successful claim s registration, the customer will receive confirmation email with the provided data, including claim s number and the entire entered in the registration form information. In case you want to add additional photos, you have to select Additional photos of an accident. The information for sent photos will be included in second email. Generali Insurance reserves its right to request claims inspection, if the photos are not of sufficient quality. The 4 P a g e
inspection shall be performed as described in the claim s registration form by the user preferences for address and day. 4.2. Claims in MTPL insurance To register claim in MTPL insurance, the policy number issued by Generali Insurance must be entered. Date and validity will be automatically filled in. Depending on the accident you must select Damaged Vehicle or Damaged other. After that you enter date and time of the accident. On screen Information for the injured, if chosen Damaged vehicle the vehicle s data should be entered. When is Damaged other the claims should be described in free text. On screen Owners data is entered information of the injured person, the owner of the damaged property. After describing the circumstances of the accident and attaching photos, by pressing Send button, the claim will be registered. The claim s number is included in email that the user receives, as well as on the screen that appears in Mobile application after the claim is successfully registered. 5 P a g e

Claims in Household insurance, Administrative and commercial properties insurance, Industrial fire For successful claim s registration in Household insurance, Industrial fire, Administrative and commercial properties or Electronic equipment you need to fill in all required data in the Mobile application. A photo of the insurance event is obligatory to be attached. The Mobile application user, who registers successful its claim, will receive confirmation email with the entered data, containing claim s number and all information. The claim s number of successful registered claim is visualized in My claims with status Registered. In case when the user attaches additional photos, will receive second email. Generali Insurance reserves its right to request inspection of the claim, if the photos are not of sufficient quality. The inspection shall be performed after calling the Customers service center to specify the day and time. 6 P a g e
5. USEFUL INFORMATION - WHAT TO DO AFTER CLAIM 5.1. After Casco claim In menu After accident you can find useful information about what you need to do after accident, theft or robbery of the vehicle, claim on parking, malicious acts of third persons, fire, natural disasters, and how to get roadside assistance. 5.2. After property claim In menu After registered claim you can find useful information about what you need to do after insurance event in your property, who you can contact and how to register your claim, as well as what you need to register your claim. 7 P a g e
6. SELECTION, LOCATION AND NAVIGATION TO GENERALI BRANCH Every user who has installed the application on its mobile phone and has registered is able quickly and easily to locate the nearest and convenient branch of Generali Insurance throughout the country. It is possible to choose navigation to the selected Generali branch and the Mobile application will navigate you from your current location to the office after clicking on Navigate to this location. The application will show you the route you can follow. To use this function, your phone must be with GPS and mobile internet turned on. If you want to contact the selected branch you have to click on the telephone number and you can dial it directly. 7. SELECTION, LOCATION AND NAVIGATION TO THE MEDICAL CENTERS Every user who has installed the application on its mobile phone, and has registered is able quickly and easily to locate the nearest and convenient medical center in the country. When selecting Navigate to this location will be visualized different options for navigation to the selected medical center from the place you are currently located. 8. MY INFO In My info menu every Generali customer registered in the Mobile application, has possibility to check its data in My profile and to receive information about concluded policies in My policies, as well as to check the claims status in My claims. 9.
