Holding the responsibility of overseeing the campuses marketing efforts, this function is expected to be proactive, creative, results-oriented and never give up when confronted with a challenge, always striving to achieve the best results. 4. Key accountabilities that are part of the role: i. To develop an effective marketing plan; ii. To execute the marketing plan and strategy iii. To coordinate all marketing and sales efforts of campuses: a) Lead Generation b) Lead Nurturing c) Event Production d) Content Creation and Publishing e) Website Content Administrator f) Social Network Administration g) Promotions h) Local Market Research iv. To coordinate of collateral and branded stationery efforts of campuses; v. To support Alumni activities in conjunction with Alumni President vi. To maintain a consistent corporate identity and branding, as per regional directions; vii. To provide an input in budget creation and monitoring for FY in conjunction with Regional Marketing Manager and Campus Managers; viii. To provide regular reports and follow-up to line manager and campus managers; ix. To plan activities aimed at lead generation, lead nurturing, brand awareness and customer loyalty;
x. To plan and implement, in conjunction with the Regional Marketing Department, the online actions for the campuses (Online Ads, Social Networks, Lead Vendors); xi. To collaborate efficiently with the local recruitment team, the Alumni and Student Services department and any other relevant stakeholders; xii. To report and monitor marketing efforts as required; xiii. To organise promotional events; xiv. To provide regular market analysis and SAE performance records on the market. 6. Key Performance Indicators: The performance review of this role will be carried out by the appointed manager and will be based on the following KPIs. KPIs indicated with an asterisk (*) will have targets defined by Management and will be monitored using specific benchmarking systems.
