The Marketing Coordination role is responsible for the marketing efforts of two campuses: Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Working in conjunction with Campus Manager and Regional Marketing Managers, the Marketing Coordination role is responsible for ensuring the best marketing results for the campuses, including all related roles (Lead Generation, Advertising & PR, Online Marketing, Event Production and Industry/PR Relations) in order to achieve the commercial objectives determined by the business. Essential University Degree or equivalent certification in a pertinent subject (e.g: Marketing) Demonstrable 2 years minimum experience in a Marketing position; Demonstrable substantial experience in Online Marketing Advertising (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, PPC, etc); Demonstrable experience in Online Marketing Analytics (eg. Google Analytics) Expert abilities with Office suite (Excel and Google Spread sheets skills will be highly evaluated); Ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written skills); Local language plus written and spoken business level English are imperative. CV must be in English, any CV in Dutch will not be considered; Ability to multi task, work under deadlines and make sound business decisions; Flexibility to travel; Full working rights for the Netherlands. Desirable Experience in Salesforce and Marketo will be highly valued; Experience in higher education or creative media sector; Experience in managing a budget. Navitas operates across three Divisions, University Programs, Professional and English Programs and SAE. SAE which was acquired by Navitas Limited in 2011 is the world s leading educator in creative media industries. Established in 1976, it now spans the globe with 53 campuses in 27 countries. SAE provides education services to over 10,000 students and employs approximately 1500 staff. 2. SAE Culture Students come from diverse social, cultural, educational and artistic backgrounds, with different personalities and experiences. It is our goal to embrace those differences and to allow each and every student to develop their own individual style and apply it to the industry skills taught at SAE. Our ultimate goal is to prepare the students for a realistic work environment making the course, facilities, lecturers as well as the atmosphere as close to the real world working environment as possible. 3. Overview and Objectives of the Position: The Marketing Coordination role is responsible for the marketing efforts of two campuses: Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Working in conjunction with Campus Manager and Regional Marketing Managers, the Marketing Coordination role is responsible for ensuring the best marketing results for the campuses, including all related roles (Lead Generation, Advertising & PR, Online Marketing, Event Production and Industry/PR Relations) in order to achieve the commercial objectives determined by the business.

Holding the responsibility of overseeing the campuses marketing efforts, this function is expected to be proactive, creative, results-oriented and never give up when confronted with a challenge, always striving to achieve the best results. 4. Key accountabilities that are part of the role: i. To develop an effective marketing plan; ii. To execute the marketing plan and strategy iii. To coordinate all marketing and sales efforts of campuses: a) Lead Generation b) Lead Nurturing c) Event Production d) Content Creation and Publishing e) Website Content Administrator f) Social Network Administration g) Promotions h) Local Market Research iv. To coordinate of collateral and branded stationery efforts of campuses; v. To support Alumni activities in conjunction with Alumni President vi. To maintain a consistent corporate identity and branding, as per regional directions; vii. To provide an input in budget creation and monitoring for FY in conjunction with Regional Marketing Manager and Campus Managers; viii. To provide regular reports and follow-up to line manager and campus managers; ix. To plan activities aimed at lead generation, lead nurturing, brand awareness and customer loyalty;

x. To plan and implement, in conjunction with the Regional Marketing Department, the online actions for the campuses (Online Ads, Social Networks, Lead Vendors); xi. To collaborate efficiently with the local recruitment team, the Alumni and Student Services department and any other relevant stakeholders; xii. To report and monitor marketing efforts as required; xiii. To organise promotional events; xiv. To provide regular market analysis and SAE performance records on the market. 6. Key Performance Indicators: The performance review of this role will be carried out by the appointed manager and will be based on the following KPIs. KPIs indicated with an asterisk (*) will have targets defined by Management and will be monitored using specific benchmarking systems. KPIs indicated with a dash (-) will be monitored via student surveys. Other KPIs will be based on peer feedback, management observations and student evaluation forms: i. Total Leads per FY* ii. Conversion rate per month, FY, source and course* iii. Website performance* iv. Cost per lead* v. Cost per enrolment* vi.
