MultiSearch With TalentSquare MultiSearch we offer an alternative service to conventional Executive Search, with a more competitive pricing. Through our MultiSearch services we support our clients in their recruitment challenges across all levels in the organization, from Secretary to Managing Director. We offer this service to clients with a volume of 10 or more vacancies a year. Although we work for clients of any size and industry, this service is particularly interesting for: Start-up companies: New start-ups often have the need to recruit for a larger number of vacancies, but without having the internal recruitment capacity. These companies are generally depending on expensive Executive Search services only. MultiSearch offers them a great and cost-efficient alternative. Medium sized companies: Medium sized companies often don t have sufficient internal HR capacity to deal with time-consuming recruitment matters. We can take on most of the recruitment work for a competitive pricing. Our approach With TalentSquare MultiSearch we use a similar approach as in our conventional Executive Search services. We have a strong focus on delivering a quality solution by investing time in understanding the organization and the vacant position.
