INTRODUCTION. CTG Global (CTG) was established in 2004, with its Global Headquarters in Dubai and Africa headquarters in Nairobi. These regional headquarters serve clients across 23 countries in Africa, Central Asia and the Middle East. As part of a larger group of companies, which has revenues of over $800 million, we reach 43 countries across the globe. In order to support such services, CTG also conducts its own security facilitation, life support services, logistcs/procurement services and the provision of respective insurance. HOW WE CAN HELP. CTG Global's specialized knowledge of operational support in human resources and recruitment, from international project managers to local national laborers, enables us to develop appropriate selection criteria, training programs and in country support to enable the successful outcome of any project. SPECIALIST MANAGED SERVICES. Human Resources (HR) Management We can provide a complete HR management package, including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment support; payroll services and tax management; administration; contract and legal management; disciplinary management; logistics; in-bound, out-bound and leave management; visa and work permit procurement; equipment sourcing, provision of comprehensive insurances. CTG provides in-country field operational support and personnel management to all of its consultants ensuring their compliance with international standards, local laws and holds its duty of care for its consultants as the highest priority. Field Office Facility Management In multiple locations and countries CTG facilitates fully operational offices for our clients. Any office we provide comes fully furnished, with a solid power supply (including backup generators where required); internet (including the installation of VSAT etc.); air-conditioning; running water and security. Life Support For all our personnel worldwide we have access to safe and secure incountry accomodation, subsistence, medical, and where possible, recreational facilities. All of the staff receive a comprehensive predeployment induction and in-country security awareness briefing on the local laws, culture, environment and security situation. CTG provides an infrastructure which accepts all liability for all its contracted personnel, helping round out a very holistic fabric of managed services. Partners and customers are able to utilise as much or as little of this fabric as they need. Security Facilitation In all areas of operation CTG has partnered with both international and local Security Service Providers (SSP) to ensure the safety of our consultants deployed in challenging environments. All SSP s have been vetted and operate in accordance with all applicable global security standards. CTG is able to provide security services to international and local consultants (including diaspora) as required by the security situation at the time. This can include fully armed security escort in armoured vehicles. CTG provides all consultants with regular security updates and notices in order that they maintain current situational awareness in the field within which they are working.

RECRUITMENT. Our search and selection process incorporates the principles of equal opportunity employment guaranteeing decisions are transparent and free of bias or discrimination of any kind to ensure the most capable person is selected for a position based on merit, qualifications and operational expertise. Armed with the information gathered to develop the job specification, we utilize our knowledge of the skill priorities required to create a concrete list of assessment benchmarks, which form the basis of our interview questions. Our technical experts assess the level, nature and accuracy of experience and accomplishment during interviews; conduct testing; pinpoint an individual s strengths and weaknesses; assess their attitude, skills, confidence and ability to deliver. CTG also offers a wide range of assessments and testing, including but not limited to; language assessments (multiple choice, written and oral tests in all languages); and cognitive and psychometric assessments.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT. CTG has proven experience in providing specialised project management solutions to our clients and our mechanism and methodology can apply to any locations in which we currently operate as well as further afield. CTG has achieved success in previous projects which we have managed by ensuring that we incorporate the highest level of support staff and project management. Project/Programme Managers (PM), to lead these contracts are identified and selected from our expansive database that supports all client project requirements. The PM s ultimate responsibility is to achieve the project timeline, goals and objectives while honouring and conforming to all contractual obligations.
