SPECIALIST MANAGED SERVICES. Human Resources (HR) Management We can provide a complete HR management package, including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment support; payroll services and tax management; administration; contract and legal management; disciplinary management; logistics; in-bound, out-bound and leave management; visa and work permit procurement; equipment sourcing, provision of comprehensive insurances. CTG provides in-country field operational support and personnel management to all of its consultants ensuring their compliance with international standards, local laws and holds its duty of care for its consultants as the highest priority. Field Office Facility Management In multiple locations and countries CTG facilitates fully operational offices for our clients. Any office we provide comes fully furnished, with a solid power supply (including backup generators where required); internet (including the installation of VSAT etc.); air-conditioning; running water and security. Life Support For all our personnel worldwide we have access to safe and secure incountry accomodation, subsistence, medical, and where possible, recreational facilities. All of the staff receive a comprehensive predeployment induction and in-country security awareness briefing on the local laws, culture, environment and security situation. CTG provides an infrastructure which accepts all liability for all its contracted personnel, helping round out a very holistic fabric of managed services. Partners and customers are able to utilise as much or as little of this fabric as they need. Security Facilitation In all areas of operation CTG has partnered with both international and local Security Service Providers (SSP) to ensure the safety of our consultants deployed in challenging environments. All SSP s have been vetted and operate in accordance with all applicable global security standards. CTG is able to provide security services to international and local consultants (including diaspora) as required by the security situation at the time. This can include fully armed security escort in armoured vehicles. CTG provides all consultants with regular security updates and notices in order that they maintain current situational awareness in the field within which they are working.

RECRUITMENT.
