CASE STUDY #1 WE RE HAPPY WITH OUR CURRENT EVENT DESIGNER There are other excellent and competent companies out there who do what we do. In fact all our clients once worked with another company before making the decision to turn to Nine! We know you have options. Please consider us a resource available to you any time to ensure that your current vendor maintains their credibility, budget sensitivity and creativity. Our ideas, proposals, budgets and creative visions are available to you FREE. You have no obligation to work with us. We do not work on retainer or charge hourly fees. We do not charge for work unless you officially bring us onboard to produce your project. A FEW REASONS YOU MIGHT TURN TO US: - Our special event and planning team consists of experienced yet young, creative and fresh individuals. While the most established name event planners have proven methods and visions, clients continue to laud Nine for our innovative ideas and concepts - Nine does not charge mark ups on our line item production elements. The floral centerpiece that costs $65 we bill the client $65. Our budgets are transparent and open Nine only charges an agreed upon percentage of the overall budget as our fee. One such client did turn to us and the results speak for themselves...
CASE STUDY #2 WE JUST DON T HAVE ANY BUDGET THIS YEAR FOR A HIGH END EVENT The past few years and economic trends present challenges to special event departments around the globe. Budget cuts, events cancelled, department reductions it hasn t been pretty. Nine has experienced an unexpected INCREASE in client base and theme design productions as clients who had worked with other name companies and designers on unlimited budgets, no questions asked line items during better times now faced internal pressure to scrutinize for cost efficient yet maximum quality projects. They turned to Nine for cost comparisons, venue rental quotes, florals, staging, catering, sound, lights and were quite surprised (and often SHOCKED!) at the results. Florals don t have to cost $150 per centerpiece. Venues don t have to charge $100 per person on food and drinks. Lighting rigs and décor need not cost tens of thousands of dollars. In fact glorious productions can be delivered within any fee range given a little innovation, creativity, rolled up sleeves and research. One such client did turn to us and the results speak for themselves...
