What is GoHealth VMO? VMO stands for Virtual Marketing Organization GoHealth is a marketing intermediary that contracts with national insurance carriers GoHealth brings value to agents through: Trips Sales Contests Lead Programs Technology Advance Commissions As a large distribution, GoHealth has more leverage with the carriers than you would as an individual agent.

GoHealth Welcome Email The Welcome Email will be sent to you as soon as you receive a BrokerOffice account. Broker Office accounts are only set up after your first carrier appointment with GoHealth.

Broker Office Leads Use your BrokerOffice account to purchase and manage Senior and Under 65 age leads Lead profiles are set up for each agent to reflect the states in which the agent is licensed Use filters to get the leads you want! Broker Office Quoting Quote many major medical health insurance carriers! As an agent, you are set up with a website that enables the Quote Engine technology. Your customers can visit your website, run a quote, and apply for the plan! You also have the ability to run a Quick Quote in BrokerOffice and send your customers proposals.

eagent Center eagent Center is also referred to as APL It can be used to: View and track your commission payments from GoHealth View your active carrier appointments View policy information for policies that have been paid to you by GoHealth You must log in to retrieve your commission information Company ID: gohealth User ID: Agent ID Your Agent ID is given to you in the Welcome Email and is also your Customer ID (found in your BrokerOffice account) Password: Last 6 digits of your SSN/TIN Once logged in you can change your password

New Business Statements New Business Statement: New Business commissions are advances paid on newly issued Major Medical policies. An advance is a loan, paid to the agent, using future renewal commissions as collateral. The payment of a commission advance generates an advance loan or debit balance that is owed to GoHealth.

Renewal Statements Renewal Statement: The renewal statement records two activities. First, it applies earned commissions to an agent s advance loan balance or debit balance. Second, earned commissions are paid to the agent.

Personalized Website Each agent receives a personalized website for his or her major medical carrier appointments with GoHealth. *Although websites are personalized, they are not able to be customized. GoHealth VMO Newsletter All agents should register for the newsletter at http://blog.gohealthvmo.com Click Register Here Create a user name and password for your account Your account must be verified by the GoHealth team. You will receive an email once you have been verified and can access the newsletter. Receive important information via email regarding carrier updates, news, and contest opportunities You must log on to view our training calendar and commission pay schedule Updates to these schedules will not be communicated via email.
