Our wide array of products includes major medical and HSA plans, simplified issue medical, impaired risk, and guaranteed issue. Weekly Advance Commissions Weekly advances on almost all carriers depending on product, up to 9 months. Free Lead Program We provide free leads for all of our agents. This program puts between 8 and 5 internet leads in your account for every approved health insurance application depending on the carrier placed!! Our top agents earn thousands of dollars in leads each year!! And the best telemarketed lead program around! Exotic Trips We have annual recognition trips for its top producers and their families to some of the best locations in the country and beyond! Previous destinations include: Maui, Atlantis and the Caribbean! Comprehensive Training AHCP Vic offers training on our products, carriers and services to give you the information you need to effectively sell. We offer up to 5 webinars daily and a wide variety of /7 On Demand resources and materials. Knowledgeable vic Staff and Trainers are always available to answer questions and provide information. Customer Service With US - YOU are the customer! We have one toll free number to assist you with all of your needs from appointment to application tracking, our highly trained team can answer any questions you may have! Just call ! (8am - pm Central M-T, 8am - pm F) Free Replicated Websites We provide a free replicated website for each contracted agent. This site is customizable, allowing you to pick and choose the products you wish to sell. It also enables you to customize the look of your site by adding your division or personal logo and uploading a photo of yourself and/or family! The best part is: because it ties back to our main server, your materials will never be out-of-date! Weekly Newsletters Our weekly newsletter (The Leading Edge) comes out every Friday via . This important newsletter not only recognizes our highest producing agents, it also contains important notices from our carriers and home office to keep you up-to-speed on changes that occur within our products and systems.
3 Appointments and Hierarchies vic works with a hierarchal system. Chances are you were recruited by a manager who is appointed within one of these hierarchies. Each hierarchy is headed by a Divisional President who is ultimately responsible for those agents within their Division. You must contract for all vic carriers under the same manager! To get appointed with a vic carrier please follow these simple steps:. Go to Click "Get Started Now" then "New Agent Enrollment" Use Manager code PB675 Please include copies of licenses and E&O insurance... If you are contracting for the st time with vic you must complete an Agent Producer Agreement. There is only one Agent Agreement required per agent so you do not have to do this for each carrier. Make sure to review the vic Agent Guidelines prior to completing the Agent Producer Agreement. (Please submit the Producer Agreement with your first carrier appointment.) NOTE: It can take up to - weeks to receive an agent number for your chosen carrier. You are not authorized to solicit or transact business on behalf of any carrier until you receive your agent ID for that carrier.
4 Training vic provides comprehensive training opportunities for all of its agents. It is important that you complete all the carrier trainings for each and every product that you plan to market. As an Independent Contractor it is your responsibility to become well versed in not only the products that you market but also the proper submission requirements that each carrier has. To access vic training, please follow these simple steps:. Go to Go to AHCP Training pull-down tab.. Click on Training Calendar for live webinar schedule (see screen shots below). As you will note there are multiple carrier and AHCP trainings daily throughout the week. Your first webinar training should be the AHCP New Agent Orientation that occurs each Monday at 0 am Central. See below for view after you click on any of the calendar s training webinars. It is here that you ll see the dial in and web links for these webinars!. The Training pull-down menu is comprised of /7 On Demand training materials for use any time you like or as a resource for local group agent trainings. Dial in info Webinar Link
5 eagent Center The eagent Center is your link to vic and its various carriers - including commission statements and marketing support services. In order to gain access to the eagent Center you must first acquire at least one agent ID number for any vic carriers. If you have not received your number yet, you should take advantage of the time while you are waiting by taking the appropriate trainings for your chosen carrier. To enter the eagent Center:. Go to Enter ahcpagency as the company ID and click continue.. Enter your User ID and password. You will receive this information by once you have been appointed with your first carrier. Once you have entered the Agent Resource Center, you will see your Agent ID and information, plus your downline agents (if applicable).. Click on your Agent ID to view your details. 5. The eagent center is also your access to the Agent Resource Center and Marketing Support Services. 5 5
6 Agent Resource Center and Marketing Support Services The Agent Resource Center (ARC) allows you to conduct online business with ease and speed. You can access critical documents and more. To enter ARC, you must be logged in to the eagent Center and on your Agent Detail page (see page 5).. Click on the Resource Ctr link from the list of buttons on the bottom. The ARC will open in a new window you must allow the pop up to view the page. Here s what you will see once you enter the ARC. Many of the instructions from this point on will begin here!. To learn more about a carrier, become appointed, and download marketing materials, click on the carrier name. See page 7 of this Guide for more information. Marketing Support Services vic s Market Support Services is where you can take advantage of our generous free lead program and utilize the marketing tool subscriptions. Basically it works like this: For every qualifying product that you get issued with a vic carrier you are given a free number of hot internet leads depending on the carrier sold.. This screen allows you to manage your leads and view your balance. To see your lead credit account click as noted.. For detailed information on how to order extra leads and marketing tool subscriptions, read the Lead and Marketing Tool Ordering Manual, available through the ARC. 6
7 Carrier Section and FAQs. In the Agent Resource Center you will note a number of Carrier Tabs. These tabs contain valuable info and downloads for many of vics carriers.. Here is an example of what you can find in a Carrier Tab. As you can see, each carrier tab contains vital information regarding the carrier s Back Office, Supplies, State availability, Commissions, Bonus Programs and more. In order to be fully up-to-date on your chosen carriers news and systems, you should check the appropriate carrier tab frequently.. Additionally, please note the Frequently Asked Question link. This link will answer many questions for you immediately and is a valuable resource! 7
