This organization was owned & operated by Mr. Mizanur Rahman (B.Sc. Civil Engr. -1961) The above two firms merged into a single Organization in the name of- Concord Pragatee Consortium Ltd with the objective of making a border base and platform to fill up, as far as possible, the vacuums in the field of sophisticated Engineering Construction, and to assist the country to forge ahead with its ambitious gigantic development programmed taken up in recent years both with internal resources and external aid, grant and assistance and also to give a leader in augmenting our Country s development efforts to acceptable standard.
