For Further information contact 01322 344520 Structural Support Systems is a new division within MGF focussed on building refurbishment, facade retention and basement structures. MGF can supply a comprehensive range of specialist support equipment suitable for any type of propping, needling, shoring, or vertical support requirement. Our equipment is available for hire or sale and is supported by a highly experienced Temporary Works Design Team who can provide full detailed design calculations and construction drawings. The new division is backed up by MGF s national network of Hire Centres, Regional Engineers and haulage fleets to ensure safe, reliable and cost effective support solutions for our customers. Head Office: MGF Ltd, Grant House, Lockett Road, AshtonInMakerfield, Wigan, WN4 DE T: 01942 402 700 E: info@mgf.ltd.uk www.mgf.ltd.uk

MGF Shore 100 Soldier MGF s Shore 100 Soldier is a modular Heavy Duty galvanised steel section that can be easily assembled into beams or columns for propping and shoring applications. The system is ideal for building refurbishment projects requiring temporary support whilst permanent openings or structures are installed. The system comes with a comprehensive range of accessories including jacks, swivels, couplers and push pull adaptors. With MGF s Shore 100 Soldiers, it is possible to build three dimensional structural frames for temporary facaderetaining systems or heavy duty frames / dead shores. For this purpose a Multiway connector and special braces have been developed. The Multiway connector is a special node point in the frame structure onto which up to eight soldiers can be connected. A special push/pull bracket has been developed to enable intermediate bracing with soldiers to be used at any arbitrary point on the soldier. Special details have been developed for use in facaderetention applications for connecting the frame to the facade. Heavy leg loads of up to 500kN can be supported by the Multiway connector by doubling up the vertical soldier. A special wedge jack component is available if the shoring has to be struck under load. These jacks have a height adjustment range of up to 100mm. Head Office: MGF Ltd, Grant House, Lockett Road, AshtonInMakerfield, Wigan, WN4 DE T: 01942 402 700 E: info@mgf.ltd.uk www.mgf.ltd.uk

MGF Shore 100 Soldier MGF PushPull Props are available in 1.1m to 10.0m lengths and have many uses in building refurbishment, from backpropping through to complete facade retention. They are an ideal solution for high load vertical, horizontal and raking prop applications and can support vertical loads of up to 320kN.
