MGF Shore 100 Soldier MGF s Shore 100 Soldier is a modular Heavy Duty galvanised steel section that can be easily assembled into beams or columns for propping and shoring applications. The system is ideal for building refurbishment projects requiring temporary support whilst permanent openings or structures are installed. The system comes with a comprehensive range of accessories including jacks, swivels, couplers and push pull adaptors. With MGF s Shore 100 Soldiers, it is possible to build three dimensional structural frames for temporary facaderetaining systems or heavy duty frames / dead shores. For this purpose a Multiway connector and special braces have been developed. The Multiway connector is a special node point in the frame structure onto which up to eight soldiers can be connected. A special push/pull bracket has been developed to enable intermediate bracing with soldiers to be used at any arbitrary point on the soldier. Special details have been developed for use in facaderetention applications for connecting the frame to the facade. Heavy leg loads of up to 500kN can be supported by the Multiway connector by doubling up the vertical soldier. A special wedge jack component is available if the shoring has to be struck under load.
